we purchase a[redacted] gas range 36" on 12/10/2013 it was del on 12/20/2013 we use the oven on 12/24/2013 and 12/25/2013. On 12/26/2013 the oven would light we call cenwood appliance 12/26 a serviceman came out 01/10/2014 he call no one was at home we were 2 mile from the house he left did not have to wait. He came back 01/17/2014 but did not have part to repair it. some one from[redacted] call 01/21/2014 an said they would not replace the range but they would repair it but they did not now how long it would take to get the part.this is new range not a useProduct_Or_Service: 36" GAS RANGEDesired SettlementThe oven only work 2 days before we could get the oven working the right front eye went out desire settlement a replaceBusiness Response As of Feb 26, 2014 this range was fixed. This was a warranty situation with [redacted] range company and they have notified us that it is working properly. They also extended the customers warranty.
