Early February I unfortunately suffered a miscarriage & went to the emergency room. After that incident I received a bill on March 8 from CEP America California sent me my bill for $299 along with other medical bills from other billing places. On April 14 I received a threatening letter saying my bill was going to be sent to a collections agency & that it would permanently affect my credit score. I was appalled that during a worldwide pandemic that has negatively affected most, financially, mentally, & some even physically a company would do that after only sending one other notice. Unfortunately my plan to pay off my medical bills one at a time each month in a smart way by budgeting so I don’t end up financially struggling for too long won’t work. Since companies like CEP America don’t care about people during this horrible Pandemic. I am thankful that all the other 3 bills that I received from other companies just sent a friendly reminder. As for CEP America I hope you know what a horrible, greedy & careless company you are & I definitely would feel no sympathy for a company like yours if it goes bankrupt.

I paid a bill with following details below on 5/21/19, hospital advised after payment this was inaccurate and not to pay bill, as later I had to pay insurance deficit amount to anesthesia service consultants directly. The fact these monies have not been refunded is grounds for legal action.
