In I ordered a Harley Davidson Motorcycle from Shawn C [redacted] at Military Autosource on Andersen Air Force Base Guam As part of this transaction I placed a deposit with Shawn in cash Shortly thereafter my family fell upon hard times and I attempted to cancel the order Shawn informed me that cancelling the order was no problem but I could also ride the order out and place it against a model instead which would give me a year to settle the family issue I agreed and allowed them to keep the deposit After returning to the US I realized that my situation was not going to improve and continuing to purchase the motorcycle was not an option I contacted Shawn and again he informed me that cancelling was not an issue He told me repeatedly that the deposit would be returned However e-mail after e-mail was sent and no return of the has been made in almost a year

I purchased a Audi Qin September from Sam C [redacted] at the MAS Kaiserslautern dealership with the understanding that I the vehicle I was purchasing was covered by the Audi Care plan for the life of the vehicleI was told specifically by Sam C [redacted] that all Audi's purchased from MAS came with Audi Care Plan as an incentive for military to purchase from MASThat was one of the primary reasons that I purchased the vehicleI recently took my vehicle to get serviced at Molle Audi in Kansas City and initially they believed the vehicle was covered until they submitted the claim to Audi and they rejected itI was then sent a document showing the plan had been activated but then terminated on 9-**-I reached out to MAS and was told that the activation of the plan was an error made on their partI was also told that Audi's purchased from MAS are not covered under the plan as I was previously toldI did not receive anything in writing from the salesman so I have no physical pr

I originally sent a notification email to the MAS office in Wiesbaden requesting a refund of the $deposit as they have not been able to accommodate the Ram build as orderedThis request was sent on * November and I have not had any reply or refund as of this correspondenceI have physically visited the Wiesbaden office and the database never had all the updates so the truck build was never updated with all features offered by FCAI could not accurately build a truck
