Hello We did receive the consumers proof of payment and faxed it to our client on 06/27/16 We left a follow up message with ourclient yesterday to confirm payment We have also ceased collection activity awaiting their response and have done a deletion from the creditbureau

The consumer entered the amount online incorrectly, we had no input on that , we refunded him 190.48 yesterday

Please be advised all contact has been ceased and no report  was made to the credit bureau as contended

I am rejecting this response because: I havent spoken to anyone im regards to this. I was put on collections before this was ever verfied with me. I will not accept the business response unless this is removed from all three credit bureaus. Once documention is breaking down exactly what this I can then be in contact to see how to handle it. Again my resolution is to have this off the credit bureaus. Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because this is not true about HIPAA. There are many HIPAA exceptions as the business should already very well be aware of. These are not valid but fraudulent charges. I will continue to dispute this account at every step of the way.

We received 2 voice mails from [redacted] both on Jan 25th. The 1st was recorded at approx. 745 pm. The second at approx. 920 pm. Our office hours are 830 am – 430 pm. On Jan 26th his phone number was removed and a bill copy was mailed to his home address. On Jan 26th we confirmed the balance of...

$40.00 as being an insurance copay.

[redacted] should understand that due to HIPPA we are limited to what information can be freely given in this avenue. We have mailed the consumer the detailed bill copy which states that the original charged amount was $700.00 for this medical service. The bill, per the consumers request, was sent to his health insurance carrier who processed the claim. Per the consumers health insurance carrier, the consumers balance is $40.00. If the consumer wishes additional verification that he requested the service being conducted, he would need to contact the medical provider as provided on the bill copy.

Phone number has been placed on the permanent do not call list and documentation will be sent
