You can see from the strap that it pulled apartThe edges of the fridge would no sharp enough to cut it and you can see from the strap that the end isn't a straight cut with a sharp object Regards, [redacted] ***

Good Morning, Sorry for the delay I am still looking into this matter as I do not have all the details from our end It is customary that we would of asked to have the product returned for inspection We do not usually make a determination off of a photo It is my understanding that the ramps were not returned It is also my understanding that the customer was riding up the ramp when loading said equipment We warn against doing that Upon further review, we will provide you and MsDuncan a responseThank you, ***

Cequent is currently re-reviewing Ms***'s claim. At this time, Cequent will offer to pay $2,for the damage to the vehicle based on the estimate received from Ms***.I have not received a receipt for the bar carrier and return of the product is at the expense of the customer.A
letter and release will be sent to Ms***

Good Morning, I don't know if you received my original response or not.  Mr. [redacted]'s claim was denied on July 21.  This letter was mailed to him and the emailed to him on July 24.  The reason for denial is "The Product was free from defects in both material and workmanship.  Any damages relating to the Claim likely resulted from improper use."Mr. [redacted] used the tie downs to transport a refrigerator.  He laid the refrigerator down in the back of his pick up with the tail gate open.  Mr. [redacted] was using the tie down at the bottom of the refrigerator to use in replace of his tailgate to hold the refrigerator from sliding out. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me.Thank you, Tabby V[redacted]

I still don't understand how it's improper use ? You can see from the strap that it pulled apart. The edges of the fridge would no sharp enough to cut it and you can see from the strap that the end isn't a straight cut with a sharp object.

Cequent will be preparing an offer to Mr. [redacted] in the amount of $1,475.00 for the locking pin and vehicle repairs.  This number was based on the estimate and receipt that Mr. [redacted] provided. I notified Mr. [redacted] of this amount on September 24.  I did not hear back, therefore, I will...
