I had an issue with my house that wasn't initially covered by insurance The CERA Restoration team did not give up and continually followed up with the insurance agency to prove the damages were a legitimate claim and needed to be covered The personal attention they provided me and my family was unlike any service provider I've encountered for home repairs When they could have given up, they didn't!
