the customer complaint, please note that this customer did not contact us multiple times. [redacted] does not recollect the conversation but it did not route through accounting for a refund so it may have been forgotten at the time, however, we are easily accessible by phone with a local and toll free number as well as email or through our website for a reminder.  The customer states that he received a sales email to which he could have easily replied. There is no email history from this customer and while we do not keep a phone log we are a very small organization and [redacted] is very in-tune to customer satisfaction .  While I appreciate Mr [redacted]'s effort to get results by filing a complaint through your organization, you can also see that we have no other complaints in your system hence we address and resolve any problems that arise.

Review: I purchased a two tier bbq grate for a Large BGE. After using the product the grate started to bend from the heat. I contacted the company "[redacted]" and they acknowledged the problem, and told me they would take care of it. I'm contacted the company multiple times and they have just stopped responding.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, replacement, or just a Revdex.com notification for a bad product as well as poor customer service. Basically the company told the customer they would take of it, and then just ignored me hoping I would go away.I received a sales email which reminded about the company a few days ago. I contacted the Revdex.com so at least other people can be warned.
