Review: Company accepted my items for repair, I had to pay up front - $248.50 with an invoice dated March *, 2007. The invoice is [redacted]. The initial address was [redacted] but I have found listing for other addresses and a name - [redacted].A lady answers at ###-###-####. She was assigned this phone number in Nov and has since learned that 100's of people are trying to get this company to return and refund their items. She left me a very detailed voice mail about this on July **, 2014. I have contacted this company numerous times over the last 7 years and have only had one conversation with a person who acted shocked that my items had not been fixed. I am sure that was a cover but anyway - just want my items back. Would be nice to have my money back, but I don't have any kind of receipt. Don't know if I wrote a check or sent a Cashiers Check or what.Desired Settlement: Would like my items returned. How hard could that be. Send them COD, I don't care - just send them back! Then put me on the list for small claims to get my money back - never!

Review: On 6/**/2010 I received an invoice for work to be done on a Hummel figurine I had sent to CROW, Inc. I sent in a check for 447.000. The invoice says that the work would be completed in ten months. In the FOUR years that have followed, I have tried contacting [redacted] about the whereabouts of my Hummel (of course, the check was cashed right away). I have received emails saying that they suffered from floods a while ago and to please be patient. Some emails said it was on its way back to me. A few months ago someone finally answered the phone (not [redacted]) and told me he would send it out in a few days, and I still received nothing. I am disgusted that they took my money, and worse, took the figurine which I was having repaired for a family member.Desired Settlement: I would like my Hummel returned to me or my money back, though of course the figurine is more important than the money because as the invoice states, the piece, if repaired, would be worth $3500 and up. There is a part of me that wonders if they repaired it and sold it themsleves for the money. My invoice number was [redacted]. Would be amazing if [redacted] actually called and showed that he cared AT ALL.

Review: I sent and spoke to [redacted] personally and we agreed on the cost of the repair of 2Lladro pieces. Figurine Veterinarian Matte Finish and a Don Quixote Figurine. This was back in 2006....yes 2006 approximately 3 years later I rcvd the repaired Don Quixote and was happy with the work.......I was promised that the repaired Veterinarian would follow....well it's been7 years since I paid for the repair work, shipped the items and even though I filed many complaintsI have not heard from [redacted] or Ceramic Restorations of Westchester, Inc. Do not know if they are even in businessDesired Settlement: I would like the figurine back....it was a present to me from my Mom and Dad now deceased
