Sandy L** is by far the worst real estate "professional" I have ever metShe is also one of the most unreasonable and dishonest people I have ever encounteredI rented a house through her firm where she was listed as the "property manager"The first summer we lived in the house the AC failed due to a faulty compressorUpon contact she stated that she needed to seek owner approval for the repairIt took over a week to get the repair done meanwhile my family lived in the house in excess of degreesI wanted to talk with the owner, did some homework to find the person and much to my surprise, Sandy L** is the owner! This was nowhere listed in my contractThe AC broke down additional t**es during our tenure at the house, the quickest turnaround was daysAlso, in Nov, I arrived home from vacation to an eviction notice from Sandy L** due to non-paymentI called and she said my payment was never received and I had to submit in administrative fees and late payment feesI had automatic payments set up for years prior to this situationI called the third party payment processor who informed me that Sandy deactivated my accountLater I found that the third party service had somehow lost my information from their systemI worked for about a month to resolve the problem, all while Sandy L** insisted that I was responsibleI went to the ReMax office and sat for hours waiting to speak to ANYONE in the firmI was given the cold shoulder by everyone except Sandy L**'s assistant who, after sitting with me on a conference call for an additional hour, found that the fault lay with the third party company (PayLease)There computer system erased my account erroneouslySandy still squarely blamed me for the rent not being paid on t**eIn order to keep my family in a home, I paid all of the feesThe broker of the ReMax office told me that they were going to audit the third party company to discover what went wrongNovember the same situation happened and I was once again told I was responsible for my payment not being submit on t**e and incurred additional fees and eviction noticeI fortunately found a home to purchase and moved away from the situationAfter we left I was charged an additional months rent because I didn't return the keys and garage door remotes "on t**e"This happened between Christmas and New Years holidays and their office WASNT EVEN OPEN TO ACCEPT said items until the fourth of January She is the WORST REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL IN HISTORY!!! BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE!!! She only cares about two things: being right (even when she isn't) and moneyDo not do business with her!
I requested information on a rental on Tuesday and was told it was available so I filled out an application. I had sent emails trying to get more info and to schedule a viewing but I guess I wasn't important enough. It's Friday and all I got was an email that said "Home is rented. Thanks. Great weekend." Very impersonal. I would never use this agency again. I feel like she didn't care.
