Cerasoli Pizzeria

Review: On January 3, 2015, I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni from Cerasoli Pizzeria. The Pizza took the normal 45-55 minutes for delivery. I paid for the pizza and the delivery driver left. When I opened the pizza there was hair on and through the cheese of the pizza. I called the pizza shop back to make a complaint. The owner was very rude. Asked me was I sure there was hair even though I was looking at the pizza as I was speaking to him. He then said he would send another pizza. I waited another hour. No pizza arrived. I called back and the owner once again was very rude and hung up on me. I tried one more time to either get a new pizza or my money back, and again he was very rude, he said don't eat the pizza (which I wasn't because it had hair in it) and he would return my money. This whole process has been almost 3 hours. My two children still haven't eaten and my money still not returned. The pizza makers obviously aren't wearing hair covers and are serving customers food with hair in it. The customer service from the owner was very rude.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded. Also, I would like for the company to change its policy for their cooks and how they serve food. As well as their customer service needs to change.
