Review: In February of this yr my husband and I were going to file bankruptcy so we decided to talk to a lawyer. We put down av $300 deposit, we were told they needed a total of $1500 to start our case.We nevere signed any agreements and was never told our deposit is non refundable. We did receive a receipt for the deposit, I've been calling and emailing them for about a month and I keep getting the run around.The lawyer has yet to return 1 call.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my money back and all information I sent them. $300 is alot of money to gove to someone that did nothing for me.
