Ceres Car Wash & Detailing

Review: I had Ceres Car Wash and Detail perform a detailing job on my 2008 [redacted] Cobalt on March 6, 2016. The seats were left extremely wet and did not dry for days. On March 7 the 'Service Air Bag' light came on. I called [redacted] on March 9 and made an appointment for March 15. The shop replaced and calibrated the Passenger Presence System (PPS). Once communication was reestablished, more error codes came up related to the Set Retractor Tension Sensor. Inspection revealed water present in the sensor harness and damp carpeting. The Passenger Seat Belt Retractor with Sensor was replaced. Proper operation of the Passenger Presence System was verified. The total cost of repair was $1439.02. The car was returned to me on March 23.

I feel the water found in the sensor harness caused the damage and the detailing was the source of the water. I took my receipts from Ceres Car Wash & Detailing and [redacted] to the car wash on March 24 requesting to file a damage claim on their insurance. The [redacted], gave me the number to call the [redacted] would not assist me in filing a claim or give me the contact number for the owner. I gave him my contact number and requested that he ask the owner to call me. I left copies of the receipts with [redacted]. My contact numbers are also on the receipt from [redacted]. As of April 2, no one from Ceres Car Wash & Detailing has contacted me.Desired Settlement: I want to file a claim for damages of $1439.02 against their insurance
