First we would like to apologize for any inconvenience any and all customers have experienced at our location. Regarding the issue at hand, after receiving this complaint we located the item and saw that price had been corrected already. We believe after the last visit on 11/29 the error was...

corrected immediately. As of mid November a new management team was transferred to this location and we believe that the previous team did not fix the issue properly. We can only guess, because we were not here at that time, that the person in front receiving the complaint was not passing the information to the manager and price coordinator. We are no way saying that we are perfect and that you will not find mistakes from us, but we pledge that we will correct any and all mistakes as fast as possible. We would like to express to everyone that we are human and mistakes can and will happen, but we would  never purposely try to cheat anyone out of their money. We are proud that many of our loyal customers feel that we help them save money and would like to make sure that stays true. Thank you for your time and for shopping with us.

False advertisement. Manager [redacted] needs a class in customer priority.

 I am not satisfied with the response and will not shop there again.  I felt that the answer is not good enough.  it should be posted in the store if any item is open it can not be returned. one would be granted. The perishable item was in the position of the customer for over two weeks. She believes that the expiration date on the package should stay valid even after the item is opened. That is not the case. For example, a can of vegetables may have a expiration date of. If you open that can today, you cannot expect the vegetables to last over a year. Ms. Quesada clearly states she wants her refund because the sell date is and it should be good until that date. That's just incorrect. We explained that to her in the store and were very polite to her. She grew upset and started roaming through our store screaming to other customers not to buy from us, because we sell expired product. That's when we told her to leave our store. [redacted] Store Manager
