Cerminara Excavating Inc

Review: I contracted with Cerminara Excavating Inc. PA025851 to perform concrete work to extend my patio and for a cement pad outside my garage. The work was done on 3/31/2014 and 4/01/2014.I told the owner ([redacted]) my concerns immediately that the concrete was multi colors and that he over sprayed the sealer onto my existing patio, on my brick and into the garage. He told me not to worry that everything will turn one color after 28 days. He also said that this was the norm. On 4/19/2014 (20 days) I called him because I was getting concerned that there was no improvement with the multi colors in the concrete. He again assured me that this is the norm and because the weather was cold it may take a bit longer than 28 days.On 5/01/2014 (30 days) I emailed him pictures of the concrete. On 5/02/2014 I left him a voice and text him pictures to both of the numbers I had for him. I did not get any response. On 5/19/2014 I spoke with Anthony and he said that he could not see the email pictures and that he would stop over. I immediately text the pictures to both numbers again. I did get confirmations that the Text pictures when through fine.Its now been 70 + days and the concrete still looks the same as day one. Anthony is not responding and hiding from the Sloppy, Unprofessional work he did. I paid $7,930 for his work and it is a huge eye sore. Please have him do the right thing and re-pour new concrete at his expense.Desired Settlement: I see two options.1. Re-Do the entire project and dont spray any sealer. Clean up his Sloppy over spray that went into my garage, on my brick, and on the existing patio. Also, he will be responsible for any damage to my yard and landscaping.2. Have another more responsible, considerate, and professional Contractor perform the work and send the bill to Cerminara Excavating Inc. PA025851
