Good afternoon,Unfortunately, the security deposit in the amount of $was not fully reimbursed to the tenant. The property manager did the move out inspection after the tenant turned in keys and then compared the inspection to the move in inspection that was completed by the tenant at move
in. The tenant did receive a check for $from his security deposit. The tenant did contact the manager disputing the charges. The manager did re-evaluate her inspection and it was determined the tenant should get more of his security deposit back. He was then issued another check in the amount of $399.73.After revising the charges, the resident was charged $for the water bill, $for cleaning, as there were several areas in the home that were missed by the tenant. The tenant was also charged $for bush trimming. The total the resident got back on his security deposit was $780.03. At this time AMMRE will not give the resident back any more of his deposit as the final charges were legitimate chargesThank you!

deposit for the property at *** *** *** **Alicia T***, the property manager who handled the disposition of the security deposit, was not in the office at the timeI met with the former residents to facilitate the process of addressing their concernsI believe their desire was to reach a resolution of the disputed charges during that meetingThey had documentation, I believe including photographs, in their possessionI explained to them that all such disputes must be submitted in writing to the manager responsible for the original disposition of the deposit and that I was unable to directly assist them in resolution of their disputesI provided them with contact information for MsT*** and encouraged them to contact her with their written dispute as soon as possible and to include any and all pertinent documentation to facilitate a timely resolutionI fully understand the frustration felt when one feels that they have been treated unfairly and their desire to resolve the issueMy intent in our meeting was to assure the former residents that we will certainly work with them to resolve the issue, and to advise them of our standard procedure to address disputes of this natureI understand that MsT*** received the former resident's written complaint last evening and is actively working with them to resolve the issueBest Regards,Bob G*** Property Manager / Associate Broker AMMRE Management Services
