I shopped around. Cernic's offered a great price. The process with Eric (sales) could not have been easier. I talked to some real jack a$$es the last few weeks at other dealers. I'm sending everyone to Jtown.

I have finally received what I was supposed toThanks

I am writing this email to respond to the complaint #***The reason we did not send out the customers owners manual and spare parts right away is because they gave us a bad checkWhen the check was returned to us we called and communicated
with the customer several times about it and they had to work with the bank to get us the moneyEven after the customer giving us a bad check and taking possession of our bike we were still very patient with waiting for the moneyI feel we did nothing wrong by holding the manual and parts when we weren't paid for the motorcycleAfter waiting a couple weeks for them to get us a check that was good we then sent the parts out to them right awayIf you have any questions please fill free to contact meThank you. *** * ***General ManagerCernic's

Review: At the Duncansville, Pa. branch office for [redacted]s Inc., a deal was requested that a back rest be included in the sale of 2013 Yamaha motorcycle. Salesmen "[redacted]" showed the figures on the computer for addition of the removable back rest and a cushion to fit that back rest. At delivery of the motorcycle the salesman indicated that he would call me when the back rest was delivered for pickup and gave dates as to when I should expect the back rest. August 23rd was the date given for delivery. On that date I stopped in to pick up the back rest and was told it was on back order. Today I was told it was delivered and the dealer wanted $375 for the back rest. The salesmen indicated that he had changed the finance price to remove the back rest from the order without tell me and that it was not included with the sale. I was not delivered the motorcycle that I had ordered.Desired Settlement: Just want the back rest that was delivered for the motorcycle, as discussed with the salesmen and per our agreement.

Good Afternoon,

My Name is [redacted] Vice President of Cernic's Inc I am replying to you about a complaint Mr [redacted] made with you. # [redacted] Mr [redacted] Purchased a New Yamaha off our Duncansville, Pa Location for a Discounted price of $9,399. ( Manufacture Suggested Retail Price $11,590. ) His original negotiated price was $9849. Mr [redacted] needed the price to be lower payment, So our salesman removed the backrest from the sales agreement to arrive to the payment that Mr [redacted] needed to be at. The Backrest was on back order, once it arrived our accessory department called Mr [redacted] and told him the Backrest had arrived, Mr [redacted] came to the store to pick the backrest up, our accessory clerk asked for payment at this time, this is when our salesman [redacted] realized Mr [redacted] did not understand he still owed for the Backrest, even though it was explained previously he still owed for the backrest before it was ordered, Mr [redacted] told Mr [redacted] on the phone to go ahead and order it for he needed it either way. Mr [redacted] then left the store then we received this letter and a negative feedback on Mr [redacted]'s Yamaha Survey. Ed [redacted] Jr or Myself was not aware of the problem until we received the two letters, or we surly could have resolved the problem before it came to this, we do apologize for this. I have tried several times to reach out to Mr [redacted] with no success I left him my Office number and mobile number so I am at a stand still on trying to resolve this problem. Once Mr [redacted] contacts me I will make sure I follow up with an email with our resolution. Sincerely, [redacted] Vice President [redacted]'s Inc [redacted]@cernics.com [redacted] office [redacted] mobile

[The statement from Mr. [redacted] about the salesmen removing the backrest from our deal was correct, but I did not request or know about the salesmen removing it from our deal. The salesmen did not have trouble financing the motorcycle at our agreed deal, but had trouble getting the interest rate he had stated for the deal. At no time did I ask the salesmen to change our deal we agreed to, which was this motorcycle and the backrest. The conversation with the salesmen later, once I pushed him for the backrest, was that he had removed it from the deal and I asked him to re-order it per our agreement. I found out once it arrived that he had ordered it and was trying to get me to pay for it because he had still not honored our agreement!!!!]

Co contacted Customer

Review: My Husband and I purchased a motorcycle from this establishment and we really regret it.... very unhappy with the customer support. They do not have good communication at all, while in the process of purchasing the bike and now after when they didn't provide all the paperwork and parts that is supposed to come with the bike. I have been in contact with them for well over a month and I have to call them to get any answers. they can't take 2 min's to call you with an update on the status of parts/paperwork that was supposed to be with the bike at time of the purchase. Every time I call they are with another customer and never call you back. I leave a message with someone else of my issue and 3-4 days go by and I have to call back again. We both have dealt with numerous dealerships in the past with purchases of motorcycles/4-wheeler's and never have we had this much trouble to trying to have communication with them. We will never buy anything from this dealership again and will tell everyone we know not to purchase from them based on our experience. VERY VERY VERY UNHAPPY with their service!!!!Desired Settlement: I hope to receive the items "the motorcycle manual & Parts" that were supposed to come with the bike at time of purchase and my deposit check when we first went to purchase the bike to be refunded of $146.
