[redacted] Purchased [redacted] 0n 08-with 36,miles already out of factory bumber to bumber warranty and was covered by standard MA used car warrantyplus any [redacted] warranty remaining on that vehicle, she declined to purchase an extended warranty and knew that she would be responsible for certain repairs, the used car warranty on thatvehicle was days, she has owned the vehicle for approxdays ( years months )

Cerrone's has already sent a check for over $to [redacted] in her hometown for repairs that she said needed to get doneNow she is asking for cosmetic repairs to be done to make a used vehicle look newMass warranty covers any safety related items or anything that would prevent use of the vehicleCustomer bought a used vehicle not a new oneAt this point Cerrone's has met it's obligation to the customer and will not repair a burn hole

I am Refusing to accept the Answer From Priority automotive This company Is Not fit to Be In business All Lies that *** *** stated In His answer It makes no sense to Go From Asking for my Refund Then to Get Into my family Business Which Has Nothing to Do With buying this ***, I Did give *** a Gift to Show how thankful I Was for him going to Be A Fair Business Man The Gift Was Given Before the Trade Of the *** For the *** *** Was Made! *** Did Not Be honest and stick to His Agreement On Giving Me full Price For The ***, My Trade and Down Payment Was Suppose To Be All Included On Second Transaction But Instead They Kept all And are Walking away with a Lot Of money that is Not Belonging to Them the Bank Loan was days Old there Should Of Have just Been And Interest Charge ! My Witness Paul Was Sitting right there when *** Yelled at Him Twice To Shut up , I would Never Bring someone Along with Me To witness The Second Transaction On Trying to Fix this mess From his Salesmen who lied About everything , His salesman Was No longer Working there DaysLater and Tell him To Shut up ! His salesman Was Not honest Neither Even When following Me To My house how Many others did They Follow To there home to Receive Down Payment, I Have Witness Plus Statements to prove this company Is No Good And Very Dishonest business People How my Purchase went From the Beginning To this Is Terrible EndingI Hope Nobody ever Has To Go through what I am Going through losing all this money Makes No SensePaying 18,Dollars For A *** *** with 75,Miles there Is something Wrong HereI Am Going To Get this Resolved One Way Or another and The Truth Is all On Documentation That I Am having Looked Into In Other Offices To Get This Company Investigated Even further than the Revdex.com So I Just hope They Cant do What they did to Me To Many others Especially Taking advantage Of Elderly PeopleCompany’s Like this Need To Be SHUT DOWN! Dear Revdex.com of Eastern MA, ME, RI & VT*** *** Complaint #*** ** *** purchased a *** *** LT Convertible with 23,mile from Cerrone's on June 6, for the amount of $23,000.Miss *** returned to the dealership requesting to talk to me, *** *** - General
Manager, on July, 17th 2016, sat down with Miss *** and she told me she loved the car but could not afford the annual insurance premium of S1,200, which did not seem excessive for a *** ConvertibleI told her that I would take the vehicle back in on trade and help herShe said she would return the following day and left v?ry excited and th?nked me several tim?s.Miss *** returned the next day with a friend and said the only reason she brought him was because they were going to dinnerThey sat in my office and the conversation started about her situation with her friend interrupting Miss *** several times and would not let her speakMiss *** told him to "shut up" several times, then he stated a dealer would never let you trade in a vehicle down in value to a less expensive oneI corrected him and told Miss *** that buying a vehicle of lesser value was not a problem, everThe monthly payment of $was not the issue, the insurance premium was the issueAt that point her friend said that we were being more than fairThat evening, Miss *** looked at several vehicles and wanted to make the purchase that eveningWe gave her all the vehicle information to check with her insurance company first to verify costs of premiums in order to take delivery the following day.On July 19, Miss *** came in to take delivery of a *** *** LT with 75,miles that she purchased for $10,and a monthly payment of $94.35, She was very excited and appreciative that she gave me a gift of a scented candle which she makes as a hobby and said that she was going to miss the convertible that she lowed so much.Priority Automotive has no control of insurance premiums and it is against company policy to refer or recommend any of our customers to any insurance companies or agents.Miss *** had used her insurance company that she has been currently using for years.Miss *** told me the only reason that she is trading out of her *** was due to what she considered to be and excessive annual insurance premium of $1200, which I felt was not out of the range for *** Convertible.She also stated her father was is a used car Dealer and that when he saw her new *** in the driveway that he stopped talking to herAlso that they had a strained relationship after her Aunt passed away, Miss *** was the Aunts' care taker.At no time did Miss *** have any type of mechanical problems with the *** and when she left the dealership with the ***, she cried and told the sales representative, I love that car so much but cannot afford to pay the insurance premium and it caused problems with family

 Regardless of the use of the vehicle, I am not fighting the age/year or warranty product. I am disputing the fact that they sold a vehicle which I feel is a lemon. Had they put more time an effort into scanning these vehicles and making sure they are 100% ready for sale. For example I believe these vehicles should go through some diagnostic system and/or check the makers website and see if there are any possible recalls that even thought the maker isnt sending notifications to customers to handle they should still check and fix them prior to selling any vehicle. they are so quick to make  a sale. they dont give a persona any breathing space, they are right up to you and dont allow you anytime to think of the vehicle but, more of a pressure to buy. Yet, amazing they cant stand behind their sales. This is their fault for selling such a vehicle, Again I am not nor ever did I mention I am disputing any warranty issue. I am disputing that a vehicle purchased for what approx 2yrs shouldn't have such an issue and a customer shouldn't be liable for such a big problem. Had I placed a broken key and that is the reason for the stuck key. Then yes, I am liable but, this is simply a key that got stuck in the ignition and more importantly the manufacture is aware and states they would fix the issues. But, all everyone is concerned about is the fact that I dont have the warranty any longer or that I didnt purchase any warranty. Why should I have paid extra for a warranty. when I practically just purchased the damn vehicle. I have never had to purchase any extra warranty for any other vehicle and I have never had any such issues ...I guess Cerrone just cant back up their products that they sell...basically telling me they sell lemons and are aware of it and its a ploy to have people buy extra warranties so, they can make more money off of people. Whether i get reimbursed or not I will make sure everyone is aware that Cerrone is a scammer...
