Certa Pro Painters of Cary and Apex

I contracted with CertaPro to paint the exterior of my house at[redacted]. and I feel that they did not complete their end of the contract as required. When they thought they were complete they left. After a couple of days I contacted the sales person Mr. [redacted] who I had contracted with and asked him to meet me at the house. We did meet and I went over the items which I was not pleased with and he promised to have someone out the next day to take care of them. This was on July,6 and I have not seen or heard from them since. Their TV advertising highlights how the are so neat and clean and take care of the owners property. This certainly was not true in my case. The items which were covered with [redacted] were minor items which he certainly agreed should have been taken care of but were never done.He even said they would paint the mailbox so that it matched the house.
