CertaPro Painted the whole exterior of the house They showed up on time & did a high quality job! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing interior or exterior painting

January 17, 2018 Dear *** ***:In response to Complaint ID ***:• We responded immediately to request from *** *** to review concerns she had withprojectWe set a mutually agreed appointment days henceOur Production Manager and Ivisited and while we did not necessarily agree that
all areas of concern were viable (there weresome areas that we did agree with her that needed attention) we started and completed fillingall cracksl holes that same dayEvery single "marked item” for attention area by customer waseither filled in / smoothed out / cleaned or repainted by a long time professional dry wail techand painterHe returned four days later to repaint all those repaired areas after the spackle hada chance to dry and was convenient to customer*** *** was present when our ProductionManager completed this work and she voiced no objections or concerns whatsoever to anyportions of the work or overall.• Paint drip on top of refrigerator was cleaned~up on first day.• The damage to the front of the refrigerator was not proven to have been caused by the paintcrew (who move furniture and appliances almost every day)Customer did share that they didneed to move refrigerator themselves at one pointRegardless, we paid the full cost of replacingthe whole front door.• Paint spills in the carpet, again, could have been done by the customer, as they did somepainting themselves at the propertyWe arranged and paid for a professional carpet cleaningcompany to go out and take of these issues.• The food that was said to have been stolen is difficult to believeThat crew has completedhundreds of jobs for us and has never once been accused of taking food or stealing anythingfrom our customers*** *** said that one bottle of beer was taken from a six pack carrierand left in refrigerator empty and a dirty cheese knife was left in utensil drawerEach memberof the team vehemently denied taking any food / beer or anything from them, Again, we paid$to them to hopefully assuage them.• In summation, we feel we responded very quickly, politely and fully to every item on their"punch list"Some items were missed by our team but we responded directly to resolve as wellas items that were way beyond project scope - as well as paid for things that could reasonablybe seen as customer caused issuesAt this point, it seems like an attempt to get ‘something fornothing type appeal.Thank you for your attention to this matter and please do not hesitate to contact me for any additional detail.Regards,Glenn P

We have reviewed the attached photos in detail. My production manager has also reviewed them. We cannot be certain what may have caused the issues above or when these photos were taken. We are absolutely certain these areas did not look anything like this when we finished our touch-up phase. Bottom line - the production manager who conducted this work is too skilled to have allowed this to be the " finished" product and I am sure that the homeowners would not have allowed this to "pass" when they reviewed it with him there.We do not know what caused these areas to look like this or when: truss deflection can cause cracks to reappear which is a structural issue and is not covered by warranty. The one photo looks like there may have been a potential water leak. Also, was work conducted on some of these things after cracks reappeared from structural issues in the condo? There are simply too many unknowns for us to know what specifically happened here but we strongly assert and will testify that we did not leave these areas as they are being shown in those attached photos.Thank you for time.Glenn P[redacted]CertaPro Painters.

I am rejecting this response because: altogether our house looks unprofessional and sloppy due to the crummy work of Certa Pro. As clients and customers we have been handled in an inconsiderate and inconsistent manner. I am unhappy with the work and the way we have been treated.
