We did respond to [redacted]n Complaint. Sami S[redacted] went and spoke to her and informed her that the use of that type of door in that environment was faulty from the starts and our using the same type resulted in the same type of damage. Mr. S[redacted] discussed with her what type of door...
we [propose to use and has purchased the material to fabricate the doors out of PVC wood which will withstand the elements much better than the ones used. She agreed and we plan on installing the doors in the next few days.Sincerely

Review: Certa Pro installed 2 utility doors in October 2013. In spring of 2014 (May 2014) I contacted Certa Pro because the doors were separating (layers) and paint was blistering and you could not close the doors. I contacted Certa Pro and Mr. S[redacted] came out a couple weeks later and said this was because of the harsh winter we had. He said they could put some boards and nail across the doors but that it would not be anytime soon because they were busy. I contacted them by email in October 2014 and have not heard a word from them. To be treated like this as a paying customer is very upsetting and unacceptable. Mr. S[redacted] mentioned the doors that were there previously and their condition, but it took 20 years for those doors to get like that. His contract had a 2 year warranty and I expect the doors to be replaced or I get a refund. Mr. S[redacted] even increased the price of the original contract because he said the doors caused him a great problem but in essence all they were are cheap particle board doors.Desired Settlement: I desire a refund or new utility doors (ones that will last).
