The attached complaint has been resolved, as the customer was refunded for the purchase on 11/The costume did not arrive in time and had to send a call tag to the customer; once the item was received back to us and inspected, customer was refunded within business daysAttached is proof of the

Customer placed order on 3/3 and backorder email was sent on 3/8. Order shipped 3/28 and delivered 4/4  [redacted]

Customer was notified several times the items she ordered were discontinued, after several attempts with no answer she was refunded on 6/19/2015.

Customer returned a pair of brown leather riding chaps and was scheduled for refund 1/22/2016; however we were closed 4 days because of a recent snowstorm that left us with 3 1/2 ft snow in 24 hrs. Customer was again scheduled of 2/5 but refunded on 1/3/2016 after filing a complaint with paypal....

Events happened were out of our control. Customer has been full refunded.
