I have used Certa Pro many times and have always been very happy. Their pricing is very competitive and the job is always done to my satisfaction.

I feel that overall Certa-Pro did a good job on my paint job but I had a few issues that need to be brought up. I found a razor blade in my yard that was on the path to where my grandaugther uses her swing, there was paint on someones shoe that was painting the house and I had to clean it off my deck, I have found a few areas that are out of the way and were not noticed by me until a few weeks ago that were never painted and I have overspray on my wrought iron fence. I hesitated to send in a review because I do think they did a good job overall painting the house and didn't want to send any negative comments but my main concern was neatness and they didn't meet my expectations. I was also promised a walk through but no rep ever showed up to go over the job with me after--it was just with the painters. I would reccomend them to other people but the devil is in the details.

CertaPro has provided a number painting projects for me- three interior and one exterior. Each time the crews were very courteous, used extreme caution in covering everything that needed to be covered to avoid unwanted splattered paint, etc. I definitely will utilize CertaPro again. Lastly, they were very reasonably priced.

We had a large job on the interior of our home. CertaPro came out and gave us a very competitive quote. We had them remove the popcorn ceiling in our home. They retextured with a smooth finish on the ceiling, and then painted the interior of the house. Communication was good throughout the process. We knew what hours they’d be working in the house and when they’d be coming and going. We liked knowing the schedule because it helped us keep our home running smoothly over the time it took. They kept to the overall timeframe of the project, too, and actually finished the job a day early. They did beautiful work that I’m very happy with!!!

It’s been several years since CertaPro Painters have been out here and they did a great job. I’m actually talking to them right now about painting an apartment kitchen inside the house. I had a good experience with them. They painted the inside and outside of my house one year and the next year they did our pergola. I didn’t have any problems. The workers were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves each evening. They did a great job. One great thing I liked is that the supervisor actually spoke English, and that’s very big in my mind because I do not want to have to struggle to communicate. And Dale’s always very responsive. I appreciate the fact that he actually comes out to do the quotes—he doesn’t just send somebody. The first time I had the house painted, on the first couple of days, he actually came out to check on things, which was nice.

was very impressed with them. They just went and did their job. The painters were very courteous and always on time, and the owner even showed

Sally *** I needed some help painting the entire interior of my house including cabinets in the kitchen and both bathrooms. In the past I’d used different smaller companies, however, I heard on the radio about CertaPro and decided to take advantage of their offer. I had an idea of the colors I’d like on the walls, and they brought over a specialist who helped me understand my options for my home. It only took a couple of hours, but it really made me feel confident in the choices I was making. When the painters came, they were very courteous and were more than willing to work around me and my dog as they painted. They did a fine job cleaning up after themselves. CertaPro was easy to work with, and I’m very, very satisfied with them.
I love the end results and enjoy being in my home and knowing how great it looks makes me happy.

We first heard of CertraPro from an ad on the radio and had them come out to work on an interior bedroom and closet in our home. From start to finish we were very pleased. When they came out for the original bid and inspection, they took the time to walk through the room and listen to my wife’s vision for the space. They were able to clearly explain everything to expect and tell us what they could do, as well as what they couldn’t, and why. We ended up having them paint the bedroom and closet and sub out hanging wallpaper on one wall. The workers treated us with respect and had the job done in only two days. They really exceeded our expectations in all ways.

When we needed the exterior of our house painted, we looked for someone who could do the job right. CertaPro Painters are well respected in the Houston area, and when I reached out to them, they were very responsive. I’m pretty sure CertaPro is a chain, but since they’re individually owned, they take good care of local customers. The whole process of having our house painted went well. The workers did a good job and showed up on time. They were very professional, and we didn’t have any issues. They were especially careful to clean up after themselves. The result was great. I’m perfectly satisfied and would use them again.

I’ve used CertaPro Painters for about 10 years. Their service is always great. About two years ago they painted the entire inside of our home. Then this past summer they did the entire outside. It was a big project. We were out of town and were surprised how quickly they were able to get it done. It took them only a week, and they were finished by the time we got back. Just to illustrate how they go out of their way to serve you, we realized that while they were painting there’d been a mistake and they’d used the wrong kind of paint for the porch. Dale came out, apologized and said he’d make it right. They’re coming out in a week or so and will redo the porches. I appreciate that CertaPro works with us and makes sure we’re happy with the result.

CertaPro painted the house exterior and the porch deck for us. They did a nice job cleaning and prepping the house, including the tough spaces like under the eves, which not all companies do well. I liked the fact that they used quality paints that are going to last. They did careful work with the trim and made sure there was no overspray. And they did some extra work, too, like painting around the meter box. They didn’t take too long either, which was good. It’s been a while since they’ve done the work for us, so we’ve been able to live with it, and we’re still happy with the job they did. It’s holding up well.

CertaPro Painters painted the inside of my house after I had a horrible experience with a contractor who did a really botched job after Hurricane Harvey. CertaPro came in and
repainted the whole house and even did a couple of extra things. I have nothing but very fabulous things to say about them. The workers were outstanding. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves, and when they took their lunch they let me know when they’d be back.
I couldn’t ask for a better experience than with CertaPro. A relative of mine told about them—they said their mom used them. So, I called and gave them a shot, and tried to explain what I was dealing with. A young guy came by and talked with me and saw what I was dealing with. Their professionalism really stood out and so did their empathy for what I was dealing with and their willingness to try to work with us without cheating themselves. The work was superb.

I was truly impressed with the folks from CertaPro Painters. They painted the entire outisde of the house which is stucco. The owner came out and talked to me and he was just knowledgeable, very easy going and just an easy to talk to businessman. Then I met his crew and they were just wonderful people. They did what they said they were going to do. We had a color issue where something was a little darker than my wife thought it should be and he said "let's fix that" and they took care of it right away. They painted the entire outside of the house (stucco) plus did some woodwork (replaced a small section of rotten wood) and painted the wood soffit. Plus, they painted the chimney stack on top of the house which was stucco also. They did a fantastic job. What was nice to me is that I was able to talk with every member of the crew and they were very responsive to my needs. I would recommend CertaPro Painters to anyone needing painting work done on their house; and I tell anyone who asks me who painted my house - I give them the # for CertaPro.

CertaPro Painters painted the outside of our home and garage. The workers did a good job; everything was of good quality. The process took about 4 days and the workers cleaned up well after themselves. I found about CertaPro Painters from an ad on a sports radio show. They did a nice job for us and even painted some Adirondack chairs on our porch, which wasn't part of the deal. That was a nice gesture on their part. Also the communication with office was good and the foreman that did the job was very cordial and kept me updated on what they were doing. I would recommend
