CertaPro Painters of Bartlett

I searched Revdex.com for three accredited businesses and got three recommendations from a local paint store for three painters(A total of six contractors) Out of those six contractors only ONE provided me with a written estimate/contract with a warrantyAlso only one showed up on time(Both the sales representative and the paint crew) It is sad that out of six only one would provide me with a written estimate and warranty That one is CertaPro Not one of the other five companies showed up on timeWhen I asked one of the contractors, "do you warranty your work"? He replied, "warranty? I can give you a warranty, but I would have to charge you almost double"! (The reason I inquired about a warranty is because I was having ceilings sprayed and there is always a slight chance that if done improperly the popcorn ceilings can bubble up and fall down) I know am telling you about some bad experiences that I had with contractors, so that you can be on the lookout for these contractors Or you could just go with CertaPro and avoid some of the ridiculousness that I experienced

I had an excellent experience working with Adam, Carol, and Daniel at CertaPro of Bartlett Adam - thorough estimate and paid attention to all details from rotted wood to loose siding on the dormersHe even came back for quality assurance to make sure the job was completed to his satisfactionVery impressed by the way he runs his business Carol - Prompt and clear communicator that coordinated the project around everyone's scheduleShe was kind, courteous, and very customer oriented Daniel - Daniel and his crew are masters of their craftNo request was too difficult and they worked around the clock to complete the job as quickly as possibleFor certain aspects he used material that withstand the elements to avoid rot from falling water They also paid attention to detail and even worked around when my kids were sleepingAll in all I am very pleased with every facet of their business and will certainly recommend them to others because the price and service cannot be beat in my book Thanks again guys!

Adam - thorough estimate and paid attention to all details from rotted wood to loose siding on the dormers. He even came back for quality assurance to make sure the job was completed to his satisfaction. Very impressed by the way he runs his business.

Carol - Prompt and clear communicator that coordinated the project around everyone's schedule. She was kind, courteous, and very customer oriented.

Daniel - Daniel and his crew are masters of their craft. No request was too difficult and they worked around the clock to complete the job as quickly as possible. For certain aspects he used material that withstand the elements to avoid rot from falling water.

They also paid attention to detail and even worked around when my kids were sleeping. All in all I am very pleased with every facet of their business and will certainly recommend them to others because the price and service cannot be beat in my book.
