The initial contact, quote, discussion, and review of what was to be accomplished was positive. Every aspect after that was a negative experience. [redacted] said it would take 2 days- it took over a month. There was an initial issue with color selection, and I take complete responsibility for that- and willing to pay for our wrong choice. However- sanding, sheet screws, co base adhesive, priming, cleaning,2 coats painting-missed spots/ patches everywhere- all were below mediocre standards. [redacted] said they would fill and sand all holes- they did not. I ended up doing it myself. After contacting [redacted] several times, he came back, inspected, agreed with poor performance, and agreed to fix. It was a half [redacted] attempt- and never finished. After I contacted [redacted], and expressed my frustration with the whole ordeal- he apologized and promised someone would be in to "fix" everything. It never happened. I have honestly never had an experience like this. Shame on me for paying Certa Pro for poor performance, but honestly- I could not deal with them any longer. I have never written a poor review on a company- but Certa Pro deserves this one. Maybe they assumed as a business; we could afford to pay for poor performance, and we would be an easy, short job. However, integrity is all we have, and Certa Pro appears to have none.
