If you are in business long enough eventually you will encounter a customer where you have to say "enough is enough".I could go on and on about the multiple lies this person told staff members (in an effort to get something for nothing), their bullying self important behavior, total lack...

of self accountability and the overall nightmare they were to work for.But suffice it to say, that not only did we do EXACTLY what was contracted to the letter but went beyond that due to delays and changes requested by them along the way. In doing so we not only accommodated them (as long as we could) but also work overtime to ensure extra charges were eliminated or minimized due to their changing requests. At one point the wife had the nerve to say that "after all the years we've been in business, we should have known she wouldn't like the color".... (the color she picked after being shown multiple sample swatches...) Imagine, as a parallel, saying to your carpet installer that he should have known you wouldn't like the carpet color (you picked) once it was installed and he should install new carpet for free... That is essentially what we are talking about but it is a porch floor and door stain instead of carpet.Again, the work done was done exactly per contract. There is no complaint to solve. I made is abundantly clear, that we would never work for them again, that enough was enough,  and that I expected the bill to be paid upon job completion as we had done exactly what we were contracted to do. It was. I think them saying they have multiple rental properties and contract work like this all the time (interesting - why not use one of you multiple contracting connections to work for you? Perhaps they're not interested in working with you again either...) and want an arbitrary figure like half their money back (despite the fact that the work was done exactly as contracted and more) illustrates perfectly what these people are all a about.When you do a few hundred jobs a year for almost 20 years, you'll encounter all kinds. Including those that, at some point, you need to stand up to rather than being bullied. We did. But we also did our job, got paid and moved on. End of story.

The painters arrived on time, were organized, professional and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done. Only complaint is they don't take credit cards, just cash and checks.

I was very pleased with the exterior paint job of our home. I received an estimate on the same day [redacted] visited. He was very thorough inspecting the house and measuring. We also discussed options. I needed carpentry work before painting. [redacted] has a dedicated carpenter who did an excellent job. The start day was scheduled quickly and timely since rain was approaching. The painters, [redacted], and [redacted] promptly arrived each day. They were all very professional. [redacted] is the foreman and on the first day explained what his crew were going to do and to make sure I understood everything. He encouraged me to ask any questions about the painting. I did have some questions and both [redacted] and [redacted] enlightened me about the painting process of homes. It was comforting to have knowledgeable people painting our home. In addition, [redacted] and [redacted] have a very friendly personality and I enjoyed talking wit them.

This firm's performance was excellent! On time, arrival, fully competent crew, accommodating to requests, quality work, fully aware of HOA restrictions. Would hire them again in a New York minute.

1. Great staff and good products and pricing. This is my first time to use CeraPro painters, of course, I will use them again if the new project comes up.

2. Super friendly staff that are willing to work with you and provide quality work. Specially, the foreman is a great leader, knowledgeable, willing to work with you, took care any questions and controlled the quality. .

CertaPro painted my Vaulted Living Room and Upstairs Hallway, an oak veneer book case wall and stair case railing and pickets.
This is the second time I've commissioned the Certa-Pro team to pain the interior of my home as a next phase of remodel is completed. The work has been done exclusively by CertaPro Painters of Sacramento. Garrett R[redacted], president, has always been responsive and provides a quick estimate. They have always worked with my schedule and change requests. The painting crew led by Masoud are professional, neat, on-time every day and always did a perfect job. I was impressed how well the oak veneer book case wall and stair case railing and pickets was painted over. You can't even tell they were oak veneer to begin with. The painting job was superb!
I have been so very happy by their work and will continue to work with them. I highly recommend them to anyone.

The painting crew always arrived on time. They were courteous and professional. The job site was always neat and clean.
