customer wanted a cleaner, so I found and paid for a cleaner that could come that day.  My instructions to the cleaner were "clean the paint drops, and make the customer happy".  The first cleaner wasn't to the owners satisfaction, so I offered to take an additional 250$ off the final bill to pay for a second cleaner of the owners choice.  Customer service is very important to us, and I believe this situation was rectified to the customer's satisfaction.
