On Friday Nov 20 I was in Indiana in an area without signal and did not receive calls until 5:pm when I drove back into Louisville. There was a call from Mr*** which came in around 2:pmNo messages were left nor were there any calls made to the office from Mr***,
where the receptionist could have received a call At approximately 5:45 (the same day), I returned the call to Mr*** when he explained to me about his concern about his front porch floor. I offered to be at his home Monday morning Nov 23rd. Mr*** chose not to meet due to a recommended cure time for exterior porches. We agreed on the following Monday, Nov 30. Unfortunately it rained and it was overcast. I called Mr*** Dec and rescheduled this touch up for later this week when temperatures are expected to be higherWith regards to floor coatings, it is physically impossible to coat a wooden porch floor with paint and provide a scuff or scrape free surface It is a good business practice to return any customer's call within hoursSincerely, ***
