Mr [redacted] hired us to work on his home. He decided half way through that he did not want to continue and now simply does not want to pay his bill. We have only invoiced for actual costs and actual labor incurred. Another example of abusing the BBB system in an attempt to coerce.

rejecting this response because: CertaPro Painters didn't address any of the issues I raisedFirst of all, they are the onea who turned into the situation from bad to worse and started to threaten us with a lienThese are the reasons why they are referred by many as #SCAM and notoriously known for their poor leadership and managementAlthough I called the corporate office last week, no one has called backCompanies like CertaPro who hides behind pretty websites have to be called out for their questionable business practice and held accountable for their actionsI can send the pictures of the houseNot even 15-20%of the project has been done let alone half way
