Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meSincerely, *** ***

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:This story they are telling is just not trueThe caulking actually was splitting on sides of my house one week after they painted it, owner was there to see itIt took them 6-weeks to come out to repair the caulking and touch up paint, and that was only after I filed a complaint to the Revdex.com on I believe July 27, and that was after they didn't show up to my house as they had said they would may times....I have owned my outdoor furniture for + years and can lift the pieces physically myself, don't know what they're reaching for but it's not the truthI have a great amount of respect for the property I own and have worked very hard to get it in the condition it's in today.I have witnesses that will stand by my story of what all has occurred with this job and all of the cancellations that took me away for my officeMy greatest fear of having the house/doors/railing repainted was the damaged that could occur and Certapro assured me that they would take care of the propertyNot only is there scratches on the hardwood floors by the doors, there's blue and white paint left from their paint job on the doors, how did that get there?? They need to be responsible for the damaged they created and quit making up stories, very unprofessional.Sincerely,*** ***

I understand the complaint from [redacted], and it is our company policy to not leave any marketing material at homes with "No Soliciting" signs.  It was an oversight by our canvasser who missed the sign displayed at his residence.  We apologize for the mistake, and I have spoken directly with...

my employees to confirm that they understand that this is our company policy.  In no way do we want to upset home owners in our area, and we respect personal space and personal property.  Please accept our apology and know that in the future my employees will be more aware of clearly marked requests.

No damage was done to Ms. [redacted] property by our painters.  Ms. [redacted] has presented numerous complaints, all of which have been either corrected or refuted.  Ms. [redacted] made false claims that no caulk was applied to the backside of her home, yet when investigated, it was evident that...

all of the cracks had been filled with caulk.  Nevertheless, our painters returned to her home numerous times to address every issue she brought to our attention, including applying additional caulk to the already caulked areas of her home to satisfy her.  There were a few minute drips of paint on her deck which she claimed damaged her deck, but easily came off with just a scrape of a fingernail.  CertaPro Painters has completely fulfilled the original signed contract above and beyond any reasonable expectation.  Her home looks beautiful and is properly protected.  It is a first-rate paint job.  Ms. [redacted] falsely claims that her interior hardwood floor just off her deck was damaged by our painters.  She claims that scratches on her floor came from our painters working in that area.  We explained several times to her that this is not possible and described the process the painters took to prepare her floors and protect them while the interior side of the door to her deck was being painted.  Paper was laid down, then a drop cloth, and then the painters removed their shoes while they were working.  No ladders or any equipment was used during this time.  Our painters were extremely careful because of previous interactions with Ms. [redacted].  The scratches on Ms. [redacted] floor were caused by something heavy being dragged across it.  Ms. [redacted] admitted that she had moved her heavy iron deck furniture into her home and across the area in question by herself, and since she could not lift the pieces, put one side on cardboard and pulled it across the floor into her home.  CertaPro Painters offered to buff out her floors at no cost to her as a gesture of good will, not fault.  She refused the service.  Ms. [redacted] pursued the floor issue with our insurance company who sent a claims representative out to her home to see the alleged damage and make an assessment.  Upon review, no evidence was found to substantiate any of her claims of damage to her home, and her claim was denied.  Ms. [redacted] also stated that we did not show up to her home 4-5 times, which is false.  We had to reschedule one time, while Ms. [redacted] cancelled her appointments with our color consultant, general manager, and painters.  We were very accommodating with her schedule.  We take pride in our work and provide excellent customer service to all of our customers.  At this time, Ms. [redacted] is in breach of contract because of her refusal to pay CertaPro Painters for work performed per the signed contract.
