I can't say enough good things about our experience with CertaPro. We used them based on the recommendation of a neighbor. Everything they quoted was done as described and on time. They cleaned up every day and did a fabulous job on the exterior of our house. They found problems with some of the wood and helped us find a contractor to have it repaired. They found caulking issues with the windows and repaired them. There was a lot of communication and they constantly kept in touch to see if we were happy with the process.

The total experience was very positive. Professional and full service. The job was completed in a timely manner and, best of all---no prep or clean up required from me! We were surprised at how reasonably priced it was. I would highly recommend CertaPro Painters of Northeast Wisconsin to others.

Overall the process; initial estimate, establishing start date, and completion went well. While the project took longer than predicted, weather played a big part in that. The guys worked hard to bring the deck back to it's original color. It looks great. They were helpful as well in identifying repairs and gave me time to get them completed. I'd recommend them.

I would like to share my horrible experience that I had doing business with CertaPro Painters (Alan [redacted], Owner) with anyone that is considering hiring them for painting. It started with a very misleading quote from Nick the Sales Associate. I decided to hire them for a project that involved removing wallpaper in a bathroom and paint a full bedroom. I scheduled the job and called two days before to confirm. The job was confirmed and I was told the painter would call me the day before to verify a start time. I never received that call and the morning that they were scheduled to do the job I waited and waited, no one showed up and no one called me to let me know. I called the office and was told that painter doesn't do wallpaper, but no one let me know. I needed the job done as planned due to furniture being delivered a couple days later. They managed to find a crew of three people to do the job two days later. It took a crew of three people two full days to do the job and it was a far from acceptable job. There is still wallpaper left on my wall in the bathroom next to my mirror, I did not hire them to paint the ceilings, however the tape pulled the paint off from the ceiling and now I have huge marks all over the ceiling in bathroom and bedroom. The lines on the ceiling that separate the color are definitely not straight lines, they are not sharp clean lines that you would expect from a professional. Then, I find out that they are going to charge me $50 per person that was in the room (three people) per hour for the wallpaper removal. I was told it would be $50 per hour, not per person so my quote went from $250 for the wallpaper removal, which I agreed, to $750 for the wallpaper removal, which I did not agree to. I had Nick, the Sales Associate come to my house and although he agreed the work was far from professional (he even took pictures) he and Alan, the owner, would not work with me on the misquote. They are a very unprofessional, unethical company to do business with, he had no consideration for the poor quality of work and the price was completely out of line. I called other companies and they couldn't believe the amount I was charged. They are a very shady business and I would not trust that you will get a fair quote, it will come back way higher after the job is complete and they raise the price of the materials (paint, tape, etc) also to make more money, you definitely will not get quality work or fair pricing.

We are very happy with Certa Pro Painters and the great job they did painting our home. Mark, Todd, Nick and Darlene worked as a team and the end result is very satisfying. It was completed in a timely manner and they worked very hard to give us the results we had hoped for.

The painting job was great. Very professional from start to end. They were very neat and the job was done to perfection.
