CertaPro Painters used interior and exterior latex paints provided by Sherwin-Williams and is consistent with the contract provided and agreed to with the customer. Products used are based on customer needs and requests, recommended by CertaPro and agreed upon. Our experience with products and customer's requests and budgets are taken into consideration. We, along with our supplier Sherwin-Williams stands by the products used on the project. Our supplier representative also visited the project to ensure there were no product issues and to provide third party validation to the customer of the warrants and limitations to their products.
