We've painted for this customer multiple times She was getting her house ready to sell and although our Sales Associate advised her to take the bid of another contractor who was planning to grind down the surface, she stated that she just wanted to make it presentable for sale No guarantees were made regarding how long the surface would last Our warranty, that has been around since the beginning of CertaPro and is provided to our customers as well as being easily accessible to anyone on our website, clearly states that horizontal surfaces are not warrantied This particular Sales Associate has worked for CertaPro for years and prior to that was the Manager of a Sherwin Williams store, so he is fully aware of our particular warranty and the limitations of paint coatings on a horizontal surfaceOur warranty is not transferable to another individual in any circumstance I've attached a copy of our warranty for your review.Even though it clearly states in the warranty that this type of surface is not covered, we did attempt several times to remedy issues that the customer was having regarding her driveway We did this because we valued her as a customer and wanted her to have the best possible outcome
