I am rejecting this response because: We are not using the Revdex.com as a coercion tactic to get more than we paid for; simply, to get what we were sold and to inform the general public of our experience which appears to be in alignment with the general concencusIt is unfortunate to the consumer that they have paid an image management company to “hide” negative reviews or make them difficult to findMany of the reviews found online are written by family or relatives of the owners of the franchiseTheir response of using Revdex.com as a business tactic is the same response they have given to other Revdex.com complaintsUnder their previous address in North Oaks, they have a F rating and seemingly don’t care about doing things right only deceiving customers in any way possible to maximize profitWe are all for a business maximizing profit, but with almost everything, there is a right and wrong way of doing so

We have completed our contract and tried on multiple accounts to make this customer happy (trips back, inspections, re-painting areas and have been as courteous as we could despite the comments, threats and ongoing calls and emails we have enduredThis is another attempt at using the Revdex.com as a
coercion tactic to get something more than both parties agreed toTo address the Guarantee or Warranty Issues: Our warranty was and is in placeWe completed a warranty inspection to look at their concerns on October 9th, The concerns were not covered under the warrantyThe areas of failure were from traffic areas (ware and tare) or physical abrasion to the surfaceThe areas that were not physically hit were still intact and passed an adhesion test and the areas that had chipped were from abrasion of some sort (kicked, bumped, doors being opened or closed, something physical hit it with enough force to remove the paint) To address the accusation of not following our promises: Our contract was completed in full back in AprilThe customer did sign off on the project, and pay (which requires separate signatures from the household) over months agoFor reference I am including our warranty, the signed contract with acceptance of both the contract and the work performed, and the authorization formThe customer was also provided all of this information on many accountsAfter many calls and emails earlier this year, we made another attempt to come back and make this customer happy by doing some more clean up and touch ups and even some things beyond our contractual obligationsWe finished this in early AugustTheir desired settlement cannot be completed as requestedWe provided the services per contract, if they wanted different services, they were in no way obligated to agree to the contract and hire our companyIt specifically says " PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY - ENSURE ANY DESIRED CHANGES ARE MADE BEFORE SIGNING We complete over a thousand estimates each year and communicate with prospective customers many times throughout the processIn order to ensure we do not miss any details we create precise, specific contracts including all has been agreed toThis Contract contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of the ContractThe contract supersedes any prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations, whether written or oralThis Contract can only be amended through a written document formally executed by all parties" Please refer to documents attached: Warranty, Signed Authorization form, Contract signatures
