Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:AG Quality states that he under bid the job.? It’s hard to believe that a self-employed contractor in this trade for approxyears and a subject matter expert in this field with over years of experience can under bid such a project as thisWe were merely asking him to build a patio, remove and replace a fence, and install gutters.? Even then, he charged me $47,and signed a contract to complete the job in weeks.? He didn’t complete job in the weeks that he signed for.? In our last conversation, at the months and weeks mark, he requested yet more days.? After reading the Revdex.com policy that states the Revdex.com will consider complaints within year from the start date, I was not a position to accept additional days, since that would take me outside the 1-year mark.? AG Quality questions the timing of my formal complaint.? Many of my family, friends, neighbors, and legal advisors marveled that it took me so long to file a formal complaint at the 11th month mark.? I was way too patient with AG Quality.? If AG Quality would’ve simply finished according to the agreed time frame, he wouldn’t had to pay his employees extended time and then have to work other jobs to generate funds to apply to my project, especially when I gave him half the total amount up front, then equal weekly payments after each ensuing week.? ? I’ve hired another contractor to install screens.? He charged me $2,100.? I’ve searched for quotes on seamless gutter purchase and installation.? The least expensive I’ve found is $2,000.? Some stairs were not given weather treatment.? Employee came weeks after initial said date to apply weather sealant, however, during those two weeks it rained off and on, and dog tracked mud on several stairs of two of the stair cases.? Employee didn’t sweep off dirt or hose off dirt, he simply skipped those stairs and treated the clean stairs and rails.? Very poor craftsmen practice.? The electrician that AG Quality subcontracted didn’t finish the job ?" didn’t install the following:? flood lights, exterior outlet covers.AG Quality misunderstood my A/C complaint.? I didn’t say that we were out of A/C for months, but that I was simply asking for re-imbursement of hotel lodging because we were out of A/C during the hot summer months.? During the days that it took the A/C service technicians to troubleshoot the problem, we stayed at a hotel nights but are only requesting re-imbursement for night.? During the other nights without A/C, we made another expense, paying over $to purchase a portable A/C unit.? After asking AG Quality if he’d be willing to file a claim with his business insurance company to cover A/C costs, he said, “No”, so I contacted my home insurance to make a claim, and I paid the deductible.? This is another $that I’m requesting to recoup.? The siding panels that AG Quality denies ruining or destroying are the original panels, and have been reinstalled out of sequence, and not nailed in the original holes, but in new holes, exposing the original holes making them look odd with gaps in between panels poor craftsmanship.? Summary:? I reject the proposal of AG Quality of $2,or the $2,plus the $that is still in the budget (which I think AG Quality is saying $3,500).? I request to recoup $5,from AG Quality Regards, ***? Hello Ms *** I guess this is my side of that whole patio situation first of all I did sign up for the work, maybe not entirely everything that they have noted that is still lacking but for the most part they are correct but they've also said a lot of other stuff I just don't think they're
being very truthful aboutI take responsibility for taking the work of course that goes without saying I did sign up for the project but I also under bidded the project of course not by much but just the same I under bidded it.that was my mistake and not theirs but even through all this hardship I have made regular attempts and significant advancement to that job without further assistance from them nor have I ever asked them for one penny more than what I agreed to do the workto make a long story short I owe these people some screens and some gutters a couple of pieces of trim on the side of the house and that's it, in their statement I read that there is still Cedar to be sealed that is incorrect they know good and well that has been done, I also read that they went months without AC and their house that is also incorrect I think they went maybe no more than or days but that's only because I didn't have an AC guy that would go out there upon demand and of course within my budgetevery single time with the exception of once or two times whenever I told them that I was going to show up, we were there so that is also incorrect on their partSo for them to say that I have made promise after promise is not correct either I have worked there for the past say five or six months with money that I generate through working somewhere else to go and finish their project I don't have the money that it would take to finish that project readily available these people are asking for $5,they are not far from the correct amount I feel like $2,plus the that is still in the budget would be more than enough to complete this projectThe last time that I spoke to mr*** which I don't have the date in front of me when this conversation happened but I guess it would be about to weeks ago I had asked him for days and I would finish with every single thing on the project list he told me that he would get back to me and then of course he decided to put a complaintI also did not appreciate Miss *** always trying to negotiate with the people that I would send therefor instance the electrician and the foundation people I just never brought it to anyone's attention I didn't feel that it was worth itI know that in their statement they have almost made it seem like I have abandoned that job and that is simply not the case the fact that they decided to put this complaint rather then after I asked them for a little more time for me financially to be able to finish this job and clearly they have declined I am not trying to prove anything other than I didn't abandon their job and I didn't promise them this that or the other I was very honest with them about me under bidding this job but I also reassured them that the job given me the time I would finish every single thing that I signed up for I know it was an inconvenience for them I'm not debating that more than anything I just want these people understand that I am completely willing to go finish what I startedI also read other things in their statement to the effect of me I guess destroying some panels of some sort I have no idea what that means around the AC pipes they already knew that there was going to be an issue there I had already advised them from the day we started that process and they were fully aware and they were fully willing to deal with the Aesthetics of it I gave these people every single dollars worth of work craftsmanship and the best materials that our budget money could buy I am not talking bad about these people clearly they paid me for a service I feel like I am - 97% done there also the last conversation that I had with mr*** he told me that they were going to hire a different contractor to finish the work which I'm pretty sure that is why there's requesting $5,and that also gives me reason to believe that that is why this complaint has fallen on your deskthank you and if you need further assistance from me or need clarification on part or all of this statement please call me at *** thank you

Hello Ms [redacted] I guess this is my side of that whole patio situation first of all I did sign up for the work, maybe not entirely everything that they have noted that is still lacking but for the most part they are correct but they've also said a lot of other stuff  I just don't think they're...

being very truthful about. I take responsibility for taking the work of course that goes without saying I did sign up for the project but I also under bidded the project of course not by much but just the same I under bidded it.that was my mistake and not theirs but even through all this hardship I have made regular attempts and significant advancement to that job without further assistance from them nor have I ever asked them for one penny more than what I agreed to do the work. to make a long story short I owe these people some screens and some gutters a couple of pieces of trim on the side of the house and that's it, in their statement I read that there is still Cedar to be sealed that is incorrect they know good and well that has been done, I also read that they went months without AC and their house that is also incorrect I think they went maybe no more than 3 or 4 days but that's only because I didn't have an AC guy that would go out there upon demand and of course within my budget. every single time with the exception of once or two times whenever I told them that I was going to show up, we were there so that is also incorrect on their part. So for them to say that I have made promise after promise is not correct either I have worked there for the past say five or six months with money that I generate through working somewhere else to go and finish their project I don't have the money that it would take to finish that project readily available these people are asking for $5,200 they are not far from the correct amount I feel like $2,000 plus the 1500 that is still in the budget would be more than enough to complete this project. The last time that I spoke to mr. [redacted] which I don't have the date in front of me when this conversation happened but I guess it would be about 3 to 4 weeks ago I had asked him for 45 days and I would finish with every single thing on the project list he told me that he would get back to me and then of course he decided to put a complaint. I also did not appreciate Miss [redacted] always trying to negotiate with the people that I would send there.. for instance the electrician and the foundation people I just never brought it to anyone's attention I didn't feel that it was worth it. I know that in their statement they have almost made it seem like I have abandoned that job and that is simply not the case the fact that they decided to put this complaint rather then after I asked them for a little more time for me financially to be able to finish this job and clearly they have declined I am not trying to prove anything other than I didn't abandon their job and I didn't promise them this that or the other I was very honest with them about me under bidding this job but I also reassured them that the job given me the time I would finish every single thing that I signed up for I know it was an inconvenience for them I'm not debating that more than anything I just want these people understand that I am completely willing to go finish what I started. I also read other things in their statement to the effect of me I guess destroying some panels of some sort I have no idea what that means around the AC pipes they already knew that there was going to be an issue there I had already advised them from the day we started that process and they were fully aware and they were fully willing to deal with the Aesthetics of it I gave these people every single dollars worth of work craftsmanship and the best materials that our budget money could buy I am not talking bad about these people clearly they paid me for a service I feel like I am 95 - 97% done there also the last conversation that I had with mr. [redacted] he told me that they were going to hire a different contractor to finish the work which I'm pretty sure that is why there's requesting $5,200 and that also gives me reason to believe that that is why this complaint has fallen on your desk. thank you and if you need further assistance from me or need clarification on part or all of this statement please call me at [redacted] thank you
