I purchase my Honda accord in January from Certi-care which is Huntington Honda in NYThey had me take out a extended 24/mile warranty for $I had a problem with the automatic lock and when I took it in for service they told me it was coveredWhen I came back to get it fixed they told me about the deductible of $I was never told about the deductible prior
I now need to cancel the rest of the warranty and have made calls but keep getting the run aroundI called Friday 11/**/to cancel and was told someone would call me backI called back 11/**/at 10:am and spoke to the finance guy George "*** ***" and he said he would call me back in a hourI called 11/**/at 9:am and spoke to Carol and she said someone will call me backI called 11/**/at 1:PM and Sarah got me George "*** ***" and after a run around he told me to cancel the Warranty I must speak to JuneThis has been a huge run around and this dealership has not shown any accountability

Spoke to customer. He did in fact receive his refund that he requested.
