December 12, 2014Dear [redacted] ***, I am writing in response to the complaint we received via your letter of November 21, that was received at our headquarters on 11/26/Certification Commission for Healthcare interpreters (CCHI) administers certification examinations to healthcare interpreters nationally and offers multiple resources to prepare for the examinations on our website at www.cchicertification.org.The complainant has been provided adequate information and resources to prepare for the exam and has been informed that the examination fees are non-refundableResources provided to prepare for the examinations • At the time each candidate submits an application and they meet our eligibility requirements, they receive an email from CCHI informing them of how they can schedule their exam and are advised to review the Candidate's Examination Handbook which is publicly available on our website at http://www[redacted] .The Candidate's Examination Handbook contains tips on how to prepare for the exam and the explanation of the exam construction with the relevant web links (pp26-27) as well as sample questions (p61-62).• CCHI has multiple free-of-charge resources available online at the Certification Resources webpage at http://www.cchicertification.org/certificationresources/certification-resources....
