Let me make sure I understand this correctly,  You bought a new unit and let them take the old unit with all of our new parts on it and you are demanding a refund for more than the labor ever was??  That's like me having a new transmission installed in my car and then a month later it acts...

back up so I trade the car in with the transmission and demand a refund.  Who does this?  How can you treat people this way?  We were never informed he was buying a new refrigerator and never given an opportunity to reclaim our parts so we could then in return issue a refund with no questions asked.  I have never heard of something so one sided and ridiculous,  We always want to make the customer happy but at the same time you cannot throw someone's parts away and still expect a refund. Example: Manager at  [redacted] I would like a refund for this battery I bought...... it quit working after a month, no I don't have the battery I sold it with the car for scrape"  Makes no sense......  Thank You,  Jessica B[redacted]
