Their offer was for me to use money I will never receiveIt would only be taken off the loanFor a full resolution to this situation is for them to pay for the rear, the entire amount.

[I do not accept the offer provided by the dealer since the bank has the car now and they didn’t assist me when I asked for their help when I just bought the car and due to bad practices of selling and advertising they didn’t give me a copy of contract to review it the day I got the car. Only used the car for less than a month and now my credit is going bad due to bad practices of selling of dealer .]

The business did provide a check of $250 to resolve the issue with the [redacted] discount that I should have received on the day of purchase.  They did this only after being contacted by the [redacted] and being threatened with a fine for not complying with an advertised price.  This business however has not satisfied my complaint with the level of repair that was required on this vehicle.  Regardless of the As-Is sale, this business performed work on this vehicle and was aware of the extent of repairs required.  Even the area the owner stated he worked on (power steering pump) still had a major leaking problem.    I was originally seeking $2795.00 for the cost of repairs and the discount I should have received.  Since the business did provide a $250 refund I am still seeking the remainder of my original amount: $2545.00  I have already provided the business the invoice from the repair shop and a picture of just one of the lower control arm bushings that required replacing.   The owner is adamant about not covering the cost of the repairs.  My next step will be to contact the State Attorney General and eventually take this business to small claims court.
Regards,
