This is in regards to a complaint by I [redacted] ***He is claiming that we messed up his car and are refusing to reimburse him for damages in the amount of $The reason this complaint is not valid is because he does not have any receipt or proof of pruchase that he had any service done at this locationMr [redacted] also filed a complaint with the BAR, and that was declined also because he had no valid proofAnd Mr [redacted] has been here a few times and was asked to leave, because of behavior as in yelling and cursing at ManagementThank You Management

I am rejecting this response because: I disagree what Mobil said because I have proof after he finished the job he put a sticker on the car with date , time and phone # , I will send you a picture of that sticker he put on the car how could he denied the fact that he work on the car and I'm only went to his place because [redacted] ask me to go get the address from him and I asked for the receipt when I was there again and refused to give it back to meAnd I never cursed at him because Im a christian and I do not used foul language .If this case is not resolved by the Revdex.com I will contact the [redacted] call [redacted] Thank you very much

This vehicle was repaired at no charge for the customerHe has his vehicle back and is driving it

Mr. [redacted] also filed a complaint with the BAR, and that was declined also because he had no valid proof. And Mr. [redacted] has been here a few times and was asked to leave, because of behavior as in yelling and cursing at Management.
