Review: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! THEY SELL LEMONS!!!!!!I paid $4k in cash for a vehicle that I had ONE DAY before it became undriveable. Upon mechanic's inspection, I learned that it has a bad water pump and the CRANK SHAFT is bad, so I need a whole new engine among other things. When I called [redacted] at the dealership, the snake gave me nothing but attitude, telling me that it was unreasonable that I was upset and that I signed a contract. This dealership knowingly sells LEMONS. The vehicle they sold me had a bad engine at the time of purchase, and they used smoke and fog to dupe me into a purchase. Now that I have the vehicle, they are rude, argumentative and unwilling to issue a refund. UNACCEPTABLE!Desired Settlement: I want a full cash refund for return of the vehicle, and they need to be recognized for their digression. This is not fair to the consumer. I do not want another vehicle from this dealership; I want my money back, or a BRAND NEW, NON-REFURBISHED engine installed in the lemon they sold me.

Customer received 97 jeep vin on 4/28/14. The dealer supplied the receipt showing $1699 in overall charges including $350 for rear differential. This was promised as a courtesy at no charge by [redacted]. Per verbal agreement, once the customer bill is adjusted to $1319, payment of 50% or $659.50 will be supplied.

Review: I purchase a 2006 Jaguar about month ago. At time of purchase the engine light was on and a broken fog light. The dealer agree in written form to repair this. I brought the car back and the dealer ([redacted] sales person) said that it would need to stay there for at least a day. My car was finish 8 days later. I was fine because the part had to be order. On 5-18-2015 I pick my car up that evening around 4:30pm. I stop the the car was to have it clean and notice paint on my windows, I call up ([redacted] the sales rep). He told me to bring it in. On 5-19-2015 on my lunch break I took my car in and met with [redacted]. He ask if I could leave it and I told him no, I had not way to get back to work. He then I one of his workers to take care of cleaning the paint off my vehicle and then left. This guy took a brillo pad and wipe only the front window. I waited about 35 to 40 mins to see if he was going to continue. Well to make a long story short he did not. I spoke to another owner or dealer person and he did not even tell the guy to finish cleaning the paing off of my car. [redacted] finally came back and as I was pulling out I told him that the guy would not finish cleaning paint off of my car. [redacted] said he told his worker to clean the paint off but by that time I can see that neither of the two dealers was willing to confront their worker on buffing off the paint. I told [redacted] that I would not do any business with them again and drove back to work. I have contacted an auto detailing company and will bring my car there to get the paint off. I plan to bring the invoice to Certified Auto to show what was paid. If they refuse to reimburst me I will see them in small claims court. At this time I am afraid on bringing my car back to them do to some sort of retaliation against me or the car. I prefer to just give them the bill and they pay for the damage they have done.Desired Settlement: I want Certified to reimburst me for the detailing of my vehicle. It was their workers who spray paint their cars but did not cover my vehicle. Per [redacted] the sales rep he said they also got paint on his car as well. I would like them to at least to have tried to buff my car without me having to go to another company but I guess they are not really in charge of the worker do to he clearly did not want to do the work that was cause by him or another worker. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Bad Business to deal with.

Review: I was going to purchase a used car from Certified Auto in April of this year and was asked to put a deposit down on the car until the papers were processed and a bank lender would approve the loan.I waited over a month, back and forth with lender and poor customer service, I decided to go somewhere else to purchase a car.Certified Auto said no problem told me they would refund my deposit.A week later, no refund,I called Certified Auto, told me I was approved again and to bring in pay stubs and remaining deposit for the car.I decided to give them another chance and when I went in to go through with the purchase of the car,I talked to the manager,he wanted to process the paperwork all over again, I decided to not go through with the deal because I had already waited over a month(now end of May )and no car! I told the manager I did not get my deposit refunded, he made a phone call and told me that he could not give me a refund because he had a new machine and a refund could not be processed on it until later. He proceeded to photo copy my credit card front and back and said he would have his sales guy refund my deposit the next few business days.I was not comfortable with him photo copying my credit card and told him he already had my information. He said there was nothing else he could do without this information!I talked to my bank and they told me this is not true.Every merchant machine has the capability to refund or cancel a transaction 24 hours a day seven days per week.It is now June and no refund issued to me!I am just asking for my deposit refunded back to me by which Certified Auto told me I would get back if the bank loan did not go through or I changed my mind.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that Certified Auto refund the deposit back to my credit card that I put down on the car of $100 US dollars.
