[redacted] did indeed purchased the vehicle in an "AS IS" condition and had her vehicle on March 26th I do not recall disrespecting her, that is not the issue here When she purchased the vehicle over a month a go the vehicle had a valid inspection indeed that was done at [redacted] in Fairfax, VA We did offer to help her out, but she wanted us to take the vehicle back, which we do not take back I have parked her car on the street and mailed her key back to her, if she wishes to take her car to the inspection shop that originally inspected her she would have to come do that herself as far the lose suspension she had the car for a good while so we don't know what happened when she was operating the vehicle I declined her demand of us fixing her car

We purchased a vehicle from Certified Car Center in VA in February We drove it home (an hour away in Maryland) to have it inspected and it failed state inspectionWe contacted Certified Car Center and they were not willing to pay for the repairsThen they offered to pay half which was unacceptable because we drove it off the lot with those problems It wasn’t until after two weeks of going back and forth with them, we dropped the car off at the dealership and told them to keep it, as we had not finalized the loan and had no intent on doing so unless the vehicle was repaired and satisfactorily re-inspected at no charge to usThey fixed it (after another two weeks) and four months later the engine dies! Now when we were negotiating purchasing the vehicle we were told by Niko that if we ever had any problems with the vehicle to let them know and they would cover 25% to 50% of repairsWe called and emailed and sent a repair statement ($5,500) and was told by Amin that he could f

Devon G [redacted] Oct (day ago) tome The statement that certified car center is making is false.Ive contacted them several times all they kept saying was the manager was not there and no decision can be made without him.also my salesman nikko didnt work there anymore so I.was getting the around as if the were trying to let my warranty expire.plus they lied to me in the beginning because the internet and nikko said days unlimited statewide warranty I.called the warranty company from the car lot and they said the warranty does not cover whats wrong with the car, and when the problem first occurred I had to pay for the test to see what was wrong with the car because they did not want to do it I.have the receipt to prove it.also nikko said we cannot do anything until he talks to the manager so I.dropped my car of to them for repairs I went passed their lot to see my car sitting on the corner not on their lot for a couple of days, then when I got my car back I notice someone had been driving my car I text nikko and ask why was an extra on my car him and his manager stated in a text which I have saying he had to.drive your car to make sure it was fixed and I said ok but not an miles,a week later the same problem existed and I called nikko again this time he kept saying I have to talk to my manager at this point I do not wanna speak to the manager because I also gave him &to fix the vehicle because it.was $to fix and when I asked him to show me what was fixed amin said they bills comes at the end of the month which I knew was bull but I didn't want to make trouble.so when the problem occurred again I feel they was giving me the run around trying to let my warranty expires because I paid them 15,cash and it wasn't their car anymore.so the salesman gave me tge number to the repair shop the repairman statement yes I.know that car real good and certified car center paid me to fix the cheapest part of the problem and before you bring your car back I.need to call them.every time I either call the repair shop or the car lot I.cannot get in touch with who I needs to talk to.so certified car center didn't not meet the end of.the agreement I was still under my thirty day warranty and should not.had to come out of pocket.not to mention the little other things that was wrong with the car that they lied about!!!such as, radio headlights

On May 22,I viewed the website at and saw a car that I was interested in which was a blue [redacted] convertible , leather seat, 116,miles for $ON May I phone Farnando the sales rep and told him I had $for the down paymentHe informed me the that was great and to come in and purchase the carI was told to test drive the car in which I did and I informed Farnando the I would like to make the purchase of the car for the $sales priceI was taken to the financial dept where I singed many document none of which stated that the total price of the vehicle was $The $car I purchased was sold to me for $AT 24% interest totaling $11,I was unaware until I had a claim with my insurance co regarding a broken axileAnd also the check engine light came on two week after purchase and I phone the dealership and they informed me that the case was sold as is and there is no warrnatyAt no time was I informed the price of the veh

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have taken it to there mechanic several times and wasted many hours sitting on their deck waiting on my car to be returned repaired Which has not happened [redacted] labor is per hour and they have probably paid that already on mechanics that are not [redacted] savy This needs to be fixed and fixed correctly.I do not want to waste another day taken off work waiting Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] indeed left a deposit of $in the form of nonrefundable towards the purchase of the [redacted] ** Both parties agreed that we, Certified Car Center will fix few items on the car prior to delivering the vehicle to [redacted] *** We ordered the parts for those items and it took few days to get those items addressed In the time that we took to address those items we contacted [redacted] and he had told us that he is ok and he was planning to come take delivery of the vehicle on Saturday September 20th, however then he called and told us he had purchased another vehicle Keep in mind in the time that we were waiting for [redacted] to come take delivery of his vehicle we had several prospective buyers who were interested in purchasing the vehicle and we could not sell it to them because of our commitment with [redacted] *** When I told that to [redacted] ***, his respond was, "THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM, THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM" I believe that [redacted] should pay for a portion of the cost of those items that we fixed to please him as an individual

This car was sold in AS IS condition

hi, this vehicle was sold in an as is condition, we do not guarantee [redacted] or any other state's inspection We have utilized our shop for years and they never put any scratches on our cars I can get a touch up paint for the car not a problem

To whom it may concern,Like I have said in my last respons, the vehicle was sold in an "AS IS" condition and the repairs that we had done was based on our "GOOD WILL REPAIR" policy We can not guarantee the life a used vehicle for its life time We have always encouraged our customers to contact us if they have a major issue with their car Like I told the customer at my office I would pay her $for the repairs not to be intimidating towards her but the fact is that I found starters as cheap as $ and the labour fee is $ I am sorry that our customers don't have access to the discount we do I can still off her $if she like to pick it up or we can mail it to her as a final assistance

The check is on its way

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: MrA [redacted] again lies, even to the Revdex.com I initially contacted the company on July 28, 2014; July 11, 2014; August 8, with no response from the company At this point, I did leave a poor review online I attempted to contact the company again on August They finally responded (AFTER I left the negative review) on August and offered $It should be noted that $was only 1/of the cost to fix the issues they did not disclose I accepted and MrA [redacted] said he would mail the check that day (in an email dated August 28, 2014) At this point, the negative review was not discussed or mentioned On August 29, 2014, MrA [redacted] contacted me about the review and was extremely unprofessional and rude I did agree to edit the review once the check was received Check was never received MrA [redacted] became increasingly nasty This man should not be in customer serviceHe does not value customers at all Regards, [redacted]

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Not because they stated that they would be happy to look at the issue again but because I do not trust this company to do their non due diligence to fix the issueThey are well aware of what the issues are with this vehicleThey are also well aware that the registration along with the temp tags on this vehicle have long since expired (Jan)Since it was a blatant patch work job to conceal the issues in the first place, I don’t believe that they will fully try to correct those issues (just to have them come up again later when I have to get it inspected)Since driving the vehicle to their location is not an option I propose taking it to a reliable car shop and having them fix the issues with the vehicle and then putting it through the VA State inspection and emissions testingI will then provide the company with a copy of the bill, excluding the fees for the inspection and emissions, and then they cover half to three fourths of the bill (majority)At this point, I want the vehicle fixed properly so I can use itTheir one sentence response stating that "it will take longer than a couple of hours" is an unacceptable response to a customer that they have "jerked around" throughout Even though I feel that they should cover the entire bill on fixing the issue, I know they will not and I will be ignored again trying to recoup the money Which is why I suggested that they at least cover majority of the costAnd I again state that , if they truly were in the business of trying to help me The "part" itself would be waiting for me at their locationTwo correspondence would not have been necessary to them to get contact about this issueThey would be stating what the issues are on the vehicle since I provided them all the documentation back in JanuaryThey would contact me or return my calls about this issue Regards, [redacted] ***

On march 3rd I finance a vehicle from Certified car Center $was what I out down, a week later I paid $to Replace the rack and pinion which was found my [redacted] ***, they also found other things wronged But anyway Certified car center said they fixedthe main problem, another week went bye and Im driving my vehicle with my year old and It was acting funny, so I parked the car let it cool off for a minute, Went to start it back up and the entire car would not come back on it shut down, I called [redacted] they sent out road service to give me a jump and it would not work, he seen a blue wire and ask me what it was for I said I dont know, when I purchase the vehicle it was there, he said it seems like an elctrical problem, I called CCC to report the issues and he said the car is fine take it to a mechanic it may be the alternator I told him what was wrong he said Im going to call u back he never called, so I called him was out on hild for minutes, called back he still didnt

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:As was determined by my repair shop ( [redacted] of Fairfax City), their technician notes, "BURNING ELECTRICAL SMELL MORE PROMINENT FROM PASSENGER SIDE HAD A WHINING NOISE DOES NOT START CHECK AND ADVISE AWARE OF $DIAG FEE VERIFIED CONCERN FOUND OIL ON STARTER WIRES THAT SHORTED OUT THE STARTER'***' FOUND THAT BATTERY HAD A DEAD CELL DUE TO HARD CRANKING AND ENGAGEMENT OF STARTER PERFORMED PIN POINT TEST AND REPAIRED BROKEN WIRES AND 'REPALCED' STARTER AND BATTERY AFTER REPAIRS RECHECKED BATTERY AND CCA'S AND STARTER ENGAGEMENTNO OTHER 'CONCRNS' FOUND AT THIS TIME 'RECCOMEND' ENGINE COMPLETE STEAM CLEAN IN FUTURE SERVICE." (Typographical errors made by repair shop's technician). On 10/27/15, I met with MrHakim A [redacted] for approximately an hour at 2: p.m He was less than accommodating No, I did not accept $to ameliorate the situation as it was a matter of safety due to a negligent repair of what became known as an expansive repair of an oil leak (replacing both head gaskets and spark plug seal) Upon receiving the vehicle after Certified Auto Center's repair shop of choice "fixed" the oil leak and delivered me "essentially a new car under the hood", the vehicle became a safety issue The stamanager Rod (whilst the owner was out of town) promised to deliver a sound product, addressing the oil leak and all components that could be affected His promise was not limited to cleaning the engine and rather "everything under the hood" so as to bahis statement of the attempted fulfillment of Certfied Car Center's "We Owe You" list at the time of sale The offer of $is unsatisfactory - especially in light of a conversation that was had at approximately 2:p.mon 10/27/ At first MrA [redacted] dismissed responsibility for the oil leak on the starter's wires (thus, the cause of repair), followed by inquiring as to why I had not come to MrHakim A [redacted] first, and then resting on the notion that his repair shop could have done a proper and far less expensive job in repairing the starter's issue caused by the oil leak The $check is what was offered at this point, including a "load test" on the vehicle's alternator.I was promised a car that was "brand new under the hood" by Rod, stand in manager while the owner Mr.Hakim A [redacted] was out of the country The repair was inadequate, negligent in fulfilling a verbal promise, and was a certain safety issue In the meeting with MrHakim A [redacted] on 10/27/at approximately 2:p.m., I felt intimidated and found no truth in what he was saying In one moment, he asked if I called the "dealership" (Certified Car Center), the next was followed by shaming me for going elsewhere, and lastly, offering a check for what "he" (MrA***) would have paid his mechanic followed by a load-test on the car's alternator to remain in good standing with potential customers I have paperwork and notations to back this-- [redacted] ***

I Purchased a [redacted] from Certified Car Center on 3/26/The vehicle was sold "As is" with a day warranty that was purchased from the dealership through PWI warrantiesI took the vehicle to get a diagnostic report because when I drove the vehicle there was a strong burning odor coming from the vehile and I wanted to find out whre it was coming fromI took the vehicle to [redacted] in Lorton, VA to complete the diagnosticThe findings of the diagnostic report was that the oil filter housing gasket was leaking, the water pump tensioner and water pump were damaged, there is play in the front suspension and the front strut was leakingIn addtion, the passenger control arm ball and joint had excessive playAll of these parts should be replaced I didn't have a copy of the warranty that I received from Certified Car Center with me so I called the sales associate Navi to get the number to call to see if these repairs could be covered under warrantyI contacted

We sold this [redacted] to this Customer in an "AS IS" condition The customer took delivery of the vehicle, and called the next morning that the engine is gone I asked the customer what did he do, he said minutes from our Dealership he noticed that the temperature was rising, he continued on driving the car till he got close to his house and at the point he had blown the engine head gasket I do not think this was our fault, he should have pulled over and not drive the car for an hour with no coolant in it and causing the car to overheat and blowing the engine I understand that basic attention to maintain a vehicle is sole responsibility of owner not the sell, simply we are not always there to monitor the vehicle Hope this explains how we are not at fault

I suppose we can try one more time, but there is no way we can afford [redacted] labor rate, if she likes she can bring it one more time and we can take it to our mechanic who is more familiar with [redacted] cars.

Purchased my vehicle of June and no more than days later I got it checked by a friend that worked at an [redacted] delarship and the computer lit upThere were issues with the turbo boost, there were several leaks within the engine causing leaks internally and also pieces within the engine missingI brought all of this to their attention upon leaving the vehicle on the 3rd of July and they said they would have it done by the 5thI call the 5th find out the mechanic and GM are on vacation until the coming Monday (10th)This whole time I was inconvenienced trying to find a way around work so the 11th I went in to demand a rental to find out that even that Monday and Tuesday the car hasn’t been touchedI finally go to pick up the car on the 23rd, they told me that I was given a new engine, and as soon as I get to Woodbridge a check engine light turns on showing the exact same readings as beforeI analyze the engine and it looks like all they did was swap some zip ties and write some

I am afraid I won't be able to do something, given the fact that her signature is all over the documents, how could I have changed the price when she clearly signed all the document and acknowledged the price Like I said before I can't help her get out of a vehicle which she is not happy with, however I would be more than happy to help her trade it in given that we are able to put her in a different vehicle
