Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below The receipt states “inspection, adjustment suspension, diagnostic engine diagnostic” If there was an inspection and diagnostic done my car should not have over heated within minutes of leaving their shopWe asked for an inspection of the entire car if we knew that was something they could not complete on our vehicle we would have went somewhere else but instead our car sat in their shop for way too long and came back with More issuesThey did not call us to confirm pricing of rewire before doing it and the wiring is still hanging out the dash we have pictures to show before and afterThey did offer to fix it at no extra labor fees but my vehicle came back more messed up than it went it so did not want to bring my vehicle back to them to mess up more, wanted my money back to go to a mechanic that can actually fix my carThe owner was very rude “polite” is not what we receivedOur car not having the hood and core support on it as we were waiting to receive new upgraded parts in the mail but that does not explain the mechanical issues that occurred while in the care of the “mechanic shop” [redacted] did inform us that they couldn’t complete the full job off raising and aligning our vehicle because the shop they used couldn’t get our vehicle on their machine so between CCC and the shop they tried to use to align it our vehicle came back with more MECHANICAL issues than it went itwould just like my refund and the costs to fix the mechanical issues they’ve brought upon my carWe waited way too long to get our car back for it to have more issues and to not even have the things we asked for, completed and the car not being driveableAnd we are not putting them at blame for the wiring we are putting them at blame for the issues of the belt and radiator fan that occurred in their care and the inspection we requested and paid for and did not getnow we also need to come out of pocket more to get the car towed and inspected by a shop to fix the issues they caused Regards, [redacted] ***-***

have enclosed a copy of the invoiceThe vehicle was towed to the shopThe vehicle is not a stock car it has an LS engine swap from a GM vehicle and aftermarket suspensionIt had damage to the body as the bumper was missing, the radiator core support was broken and zip tied to the front bumper
support, the hood was gone, the fenders were mangled at the hood connection point and broken sun roofThe vehicle would not start and the customer informed us that it was the fuel pumpWe performed a diagnostic to determine what was actually wrong with the car not startingWhich entailed checking power and grounds to the fuel pump and tracing back to find the computer was not turning on and then tracing the wiring to determine a bad connection at relays for the LS engineThat is what the engine diagnostic charge is forthe owner jumped on it to figure out why it would not run, spent a couple of hours diagnosing the issue and then *** jumped on doing the repair and as you can see on the Invoice the Customer was called for authorization of wiring repair, adjusting the suspension, replacing the right rear wheel bearing and oil changeWe adjusted the rear suspension up as much as possible and the front was maxed out already and the upper control arms were making contact with the bodyCustomer was called about that issueAnd that we could not perform a test drive as the alignment was way offWhen we were informed of the car overheating the customer became hostile, *** offered to repair whatever was wrong with the fans and install a new belt for them at no labor cost, that they would only need to pay for the partsThe customer only complained that they paid for an inspection of the car to make Sure nothing would go wrong with the car and wanted the $that they assumed they were charged for an inspection, when in fact they were not charged anything for an inspectionWhen the Customer called me I was polite and tried to explain that they did not pay for an inspection and tried to explain what they paid for but they became hostile and started using foul language that found unacceptable and ended the callAs this vehicle has been modified with wiring harness and computer for the LS the wiring is a mess and to blame us for this is not correct as we did not do the engine swapThe customer never gave us a chance to see the issues let alone rectify them

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The receipt  states “inspection, adjustment suspension, diagnostic
engine diagnostic”
If there was an inspection and diagnostic done my car should not have over heated within 30 minutes of leaving their shop. We asked for an inspection of the entire car if we knew that was something they could not complete on our vehicle we would have went somewhere else but instead our car sat in their shop for way too long and came back with More issues. They did not call us to confirm pricing of rewire before doing it and the wiring is still hanging out the dash we have pictures to show before and after. They did offer to fix it at no extra labor fees but my vehicle came back more messed up than it went it so did not want to bring my vehicle back to them to mess up more, wanted my money back to go to a mechanic that can actually fix my car. The owner was very rude “polite” is not what we received. Our car not having the hood and core support on it as we were waiting to receive new upgraded parts in the mail but that does not explain the mechanical issues that occurred while in the care of the “mechanic shop”. [redacted] did inform us that they couldn’t complete the full job off raising and aligning our vehicle because the shop they used couldn’t get our vehicle on their machine so between CCC and the shop they tried to use to align it our vehicle came back with more MECHANICAL issues than it went it. would just like my refund and the costs to fix the mechanical issues they’ve brought upon my car. We waited way too long to get our car back for it to have more issues and to not even have the things we asked for, completed and the car not being driveable. And we are not putting them at blame for the wiring we are putting them at blame for the issues of the belt and radiator fan that occurred in their care and the inspection we requested and paid for and did not get. now we also need to come out of pocket more to get the car towed and inspected by a shop to fix the issues they caused.
Regards,
