An excellent job performed by 2 well trained guys. My carpet had not been cleaned in over 5 years!!! (other than spot cleaning over time) I was totally amazed what a great job these fellows did. I would not hesitate to have my oriental rugs cleaned by Certified Carpet. In addition my male dog had seriously left major stains on the carpet. The guys did a lot of work to eliminate these stains. They truly are the best.

I recently hired this company to clean my mother's carpets. They did an absolutely wonderful job. My mother lives in a senior community and has a dog. Her carpet had urine stains in certain areas. They not only cleaned the carpet but added a disinfectant to hopefully keep the dog from urinating in the same spots again. My mother was absolutely thrilled with the cleaning job.

They called to say they were on their way. They helped me pick up & move anything I had left on the floor. [redacted] were professional & courteous. I was embarrassed about the condition of my carpets, but [redacted] handled it in stride. Their work was very good and everything smelled nice. I thought the price was fair.

I HAD VERY BAD BUCKLES AND PUCKERS IN MY CARPET THAT EVEN MY DOG WAS TRIPPING OVER THEM. I CALLED CCC AND THEY SENT A YOUNG MAN OUT BY THE NAME OF [redacted]. HE NOT ONLY WAS POLITE ,COURTIOUS AND WELL MANNERD ,HE TOOK THE TIME TO FIND OUT ABOUT MY CONCERNS AND NEEDS AND THE HE TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEMS IN A TIMELY MANNER ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I HAD EXPECTED TO GET FROM HIM.

Great LOCAL company!!! Highly recommend them to anyone. The owner, Drew, is very friendly and professional.

Certified Carpet Cleaners came to my house to deliver rugs they had cleaned, cleaned my sofa, my stairs and a closet. They were very professional and did an excellent job.
