We had our carpets cleaned and had them come back to reclean some areas that we weren't happy withNoticed that they damaged the transition piece between our carpeted dining room and our tiled kitchenThere is now a dimple in the transition which is very noticeableWe just renovated our kitchen this summer so we are not too impressedNo big deal right? Well my wife contacted the owner of the company "Rodney" and when she told him what had happened he said that he was the one that was there doing the reclean and that he never damaged anything????? He refuses to acknowledge that he or they did anything wrongNot very good customer service at all
