I got an appointment - a little while later they called to let me know that another customer had to cancel and they had an earlier appointment available - it worked perfectly for me. The technician, Paul, was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem and I had him ordered the parts. I trust this company and would recommend them to others.
