Certified Distribution Specialists

I received fom the Certified Distribution Specialists, an Express Notification letter, letting me know that I have one over eight million dollars and all I had to do was send them $20 processing fee. I did not send the $20, due to the fact that, if you have actually won a prize I don't think you should have to pay for it; if such a prize is in existence, then why can't they take the $20 from the prize money, that they claim that you have won. I have been scammed by these things before and decided not to be scammed again.
