The incident listed above did happen exactly how the customer said it did We get very busy in the spring and as ashamed as I am to say this, the customers mower was not prioritized like it should have been When I (the manager) got wind of this, I immediately contacted the customer, got
her Mower fixed and delivered back to her that day The bill would have been around $and we did not charge the customer for any of it This did not make up for her not having her mower for the majority of the mowing season, but, we felt like it was all we could do at that point We contacted the customer and to the best of our knowledge, she is satisfied, I doubt she is very happy, but I think she knows that there was nothing more we could have done at this point

I in fact did receive a call from the owner of the business, Jay Rigney who acknowledged the problem and was very quick to correct it.  I was not charged for any of the repairs to my mower and it was returned immediately.  I am very thankful that Mr. Rigney acknowledged my complaint and took the necessary steps to correct it.  I do hope to do business with Wilson's Lawn and Garden in the future.
