Dr.[redacted] clearly did not prescribe the correct, vision correction. I provided Dr.[redacted] with both a copy of his RX and copy of another Dr.'s RX it is clear to see the error. Dr. [redacted] would not stand behind his work by even doing a recheck , but instead wanted to charge me again. I questioned the doctor when he said I had astigmatism. After wearing glasses for over 50 yrs that was new and that is where he made a mistake he prescribed -2.50 when it's really -.25 plus he said I did not cataracts according to [redacted] I do in both eyes since 2013, we are waiting for them to get larger, than surgery. This could all have been avoided if Dr. [redacted] stood behind his work. People make mistakes. I have two boxes of unopened contacts why can't he take them back, they are the wrong prescription. He made a mistake in my RX just give my money back, he will still have the insurance money.

on march 20, 2017 ; [redacted] was fitted with bifocal contact lenses. at [redacted]'s follow up evaluation (march 24, 2017) , [redacted] reported good vision both at distance and near (20/25 at distance and 20/20 at near). at that time (march 24, 2017) , [redacted] chose to order one box of contacts per eye . now , 5 months later (August 16,2017) , [redacted] wants to return the contact lenses. contacts are a medical device and are nonreturnable , which [redacted] was informed of and signed a form stating such on march 20, 2017 .
