Dear Revdex.com, Mr [redacted] contacted our organization for help applying for Public Service Loan Forgiveness We explained the program details and provided him a list of disclosures that he can do this himself without cost directly through the Department of Education which he understood We also offered Free help available including a “Do It Yourself Guide” After determining he was a candidate for our service we provided him a copy of our agreement which he executedMr [redacted] called back in a few days after executing his agreement asking to cancel his program with us We immediately cancelled his program with us at his request and never charged him since our work was not complete We appreciate Mr [redacted] considering our company for help and apologize for any confusion We will make sure all his personal information is treated with care and removed from our system if he wishes Any documents he signed with us are void including the power of attorney If we can be of any further assistance to Mr [redacted] we encourage him to contact us with any questions or concernsCustomer Care Department Certified Enrollment Center

We have reached out to this customer as soon as we received their alleged complaint. This was our first-time hearing anything unsatisfactory about their experience. Unfortunately, after several attempts and messages left the customer has not called us back to help understand their
complaint. We have left several messages and welcome them to call anytimeWe do not negotiate, adjust or settle debts or provide legal adviceWe provided this individual a better understanding of programs/strategies that may be available and made clear that all federal student borrowers are able to and encouraged to learn about, and apply for, any federal re-payment and forgiveness programs through the US Department of Education and other sources for FREE without paying fees to any person or companyWe do offer a performance based paid for service for those not interested in completing this process on their own. After hiring our organization to complete the process the customer cancelled their request which we have honored. We did not collect any fees since the work was not completeAt the customer’s request we have cancelled the agreement and destroyed all her confidential information. There is no refund to process since they were not charged. or AN We are not affiliated with and nor have we ever heard of the the company or additional websites listed in the customers complaint. We always have and will continue to take the appropriate steps to protect each customer’s private information. The customer is encouraged to call us back to discuss their complaint if further assistance can be provided
