The corner of my 1968 home started to crack up. It was obviously structural. I contacted a number of firms to come and give me a quote some wanted to do the work without pulling permits. CFI were totally professional from the start and arrived to inspect the house with an independent structural engineer. The quoted and no they were not the cheapest but the piles were guaranteed by the manufacturer for 30 years and the work guaranteed for life. When they were undertaking the work, under supervision of the engineers a hydraulic pipe on the rig burst. It sprayed an area of lawn. Bill C[redacted] came straight out and said that CFI would pay for the grass and topsoil to be replaced. If you have a problem and the company steps right up to the mark to fix it, it says a lot about their integrity and work ethic.
